1)Explained later that he fights the losing side to end conflict no matter who is better in situations he knows nothing about.
2) The operator and the Orokin are of human decent. So the operator is a human child. The corpus are human, Grineer are human clones, and the infested is a disease. The Operator is the Tenno and the Warframe is basically a robot or a puppet. Its even explained in the Second Dream at the end.
3) Saw them as no threat and ignored them until the mane six decide to help. Falls back on my explanation for number one. Changes in chapter 5... sort of.

1) i know that but that is a game and this is getting away from video game physics. So when you have been together for a long time you call people by their name. Many bosses in the game address the players name but never says it because that is to much work on the devs. Its only logical that Ordis would would say the players name in reality. Personally i would go nuts if i got called operator all the time. Hell even in game its annoying.
2) getting away from the 'robotic' aspect of the games player. I'm giving something that lacked dialog life or now has little more. He had and has a life. He is only human.

I'm removing a lot of the limitations in games and expanding them. Because Warframe is full of dozens of holes in its lore i have free reign to make shit up. There's another Story that was written after U18 and the main character is human and the rest of the Tenno are ponies.

When Excalibur went Drill Sergeant mode, I kinda had a lapse. I'm former military and had the hardest Basic Training that anyone could go through. I won't go into detail as I do not want to experience it again.

Maybe i missed something in the details in this context rainbow's out burst was out of place. One minute spitfire and ex are arguing about her command and the next rainbow randomly says she quits all the while i get no indication that ex has heard the details of the incident. It made sense in the show because spitfire rewarded dust for breaking the academy record. Here we saw no such interaction. Just the back and forth of spitfire and ex.

Im honestly confused about Equestrian punishments. Big baddies that try to kill, torture, or enslave them are befriended while people like Trixie are punished harshly for simple mistakes or shit that isn't even their fault. Trixie was a showmare and fabricating stories are what they fucking do, yet two autistic retards hurr de derr their asses into pissing off a Colossus class creature and end up trashing their town and destroying Trixie's home. Equestria's response? Throw her out with nothing but her cape and hat, leaving her completely homeless while those responsible were 'punished' not by their parents but by the local fucking librarian who did so by giving them, by their own fucking word, "coooool" mustaches. Bastards got rewarded for destroying their town AND a mares life. By all rights Ligbtning Dust should've been demoted and forced to clean the bathrooms with a toothbrush while staying part of the reserve at the absolute worst. While it WAS one of the rarest instances of a pony showing they have functioning braincells, and from a human perspective I'm forced to appreciate SOMEONE getting punishment fitting their crime for once, at the same time as arrogant as she was, she probably learned her lesson and would be a better fucking member of the military than 90% of what Equestria fields as Gold Standard. Plus, if that mare deserved having her life ruined for being arrogant and putting others at risk for personal gain then Blueblood by all rights should've been punted out of their galaxy via levitation and not a binding curse that'd protect him.
