7256622 Well because the lore of the game is so full of holes i made my own. I am about to address why Ordis doesnt call Excalibur operator. I have to tell you that i started this before the current player systems was Incorporated and i do not want to change 30+ chapters to U18 lore. That and i prefer men and women in suits. As for multiple melee, Excalibur is the swordsman so it only fits, that and its the Skana in the main, Venka for the hidden blade aspect and the Glaive for distance. I know Excalibur is a model but think about video game logic, switching bodies in game? I know thats changed but it was that logic that drove me to do that.

I mean, depends on your definition. Personally I'd say crits ARE real, but they're definitely a lot rarer and rely on an insane amount of luck. Like what peolle consider to be Juggernaut armor. Plates that are impenetrable. Even machines with all of their fine detail work occasionally make flaws so there may be one single spot in the plating that's softer or has a warp in it which a bullet could penetrate. And while I don't remember the specifics I recall hearing in Vietnam there was some type of bullet that when it hit someone in the arm it would sometimes shred the arm to pieces because the bullet would essentially bounce back and forth between the bones and tougher muscle strands. Part of why ammo types are extremely monitored for military use. Such damage was deemed inhumane so it was banned.

Definitely in interesting turn you took with Lotus. With current lore it would be absolutely impossible but honestly this is a nicer, less grimdark version. Being limited on the lore has given you the opportunity to do some pretty great stuff with the assumptions you make.

To be honest I completely forgot that Hunhow and Natah were related, during the second dream quest I passed off most of what he said as sanctimonious garbage, and then completely forgot about it in the later quests that recontextualized what he said.
That forgetfulness was reinforced in The Ropalolyst, where it very blatantly lays out Natah's backstory, but there's a soft retcon that kind of completely side steps the 'Hunhow destroyer of worlds' thing "my father was a farmer, my mother a carpenter"
