I am not a fan of how the princesses are portrayed in this chapter, just my opinion
6839219 yea same here, from what I see here the princesses (not ignore drawing on a blank word here) but renounce the lower tier maid. Which doesn't really fit with the rest of the other chapters or the show ( from my POV) but keep up the great work with writing a pretty awesome story, despite some flaws people may see.

6839219 Well I was shooting for out of the ordinary as I always do... apparently this chapter went a little to far.
I can't wait for the next chapter. I am a huge warframe nerd and player and this story is just beyond amazing!
Is he going to get the artifact back or leave it?
I keep hearing warframe music in the background. help.
My character would probably have kicked Shining Armor in the nuts by now and he likes ponies.
It's klutz, not cluts. Also, you used I instead of a... again.
He will not be away from it? I think you meant "I will not be a part in it."
That is why I stopped reading the first time around. Being a servant to a noble house was an upper middle class job. It paid NICE and you were treated well. This was so that the servant would be happy working for you and would not be poached by someone else, which was common practice during the victorian english era through the 1800s when servitude was a viable carrier choice. Therefore, she should be paid well, she should be happy, and when a servant says that it was a pleasure to serve; they at least almost mean it. It just rubbed me the wrong way.
This is where I quit last time. I will give this story another chance despite this. But, just to let you know, funt this shap.

But miss treatment is not out of the realm of possibilities. And The aim was to get Celestia thinking about a policy that she could have implimented centuries ago. The point was to rub people the wrong way and show that it wasn't a perfect world after all.
Excalibur Prime is kind of an idiot. For starters, if Duster hasn't eaten in such a long time then rich food would make her sick. Also, he's painting a target on her for the nobility and she and her family will suffer for it. Besides, there is nothing wrong with the low class not being allowed to eat with the high class. Does he expect Celestia to let just any random bum eat with her? Do YOU just leave your door open for any random Joe to come eat your food? Hell no!

She's a maid, not a random bum starving to death on the streets. Less than a day without food isn't going to kill a person let alone make them horribly sick. He's just trying to be nice after she made a simple mistake. He didn't like it because of treatment, that's why he fought back.

Hm. Your age is showing. Used to be standard for people to leave their doors open and have food specifically set aside for any possible guests. It was considered a societal norm to care for any who came to you. Then the younger generations started stealing things and damaging property, and that mostly died off in their generations for fear of 'disreputables' doing the exact self centered things they themselves would do. There was once a thing called hospitality. It went well with a REALLY old relic called basic human kindness. Apparently you didn't inherit any of either. That or you threw them aside like most.

Something being nice doesn’t mean it’s a good idea or safe. And people left their doors unlocked in small towns where everyone knew each other. The rest of what you said is flat-out wrong and made up by how you imagine it because you pine for earlier days due to either rose tinted glasses or thinking the grass must be greener.
Besides, it’s not his house, he doesn’t have a right to invite people to their meals or whatever.
