And about what kind of monster he is? To be completely honest, I don't know. I wanted to use the Manticore, and other creatures as well, but I kind of figured they would have a more animal-like mentality, or something.

Reading of above story.
Things are left purposefully vague, I suppose. Leaving the creature's identity up to the reader. To me, it seems like Harry the bear before he and she really became friends. This was nicely written.
From 2012, eh? Wow, time flies. Anyways, while I would love to see more, and it's a little heartbreaking to not know how things end, I also guess that the author has moved on.
