Calling for the death for ponies for what they are, not what they've done is a pretty extreme reaction, especially for Celestia. That Luna knows and disapproves only adds to that kind of unease.
You'd think they'd choose another location besides Ponyville, that just strikes me as being a bad idea considering how close Celestia is to the ponies there.

Really though, Sheldon is at the mercy of Twilight Sparkle asking one innocent question to Celestia. That's a harsh position, especially since Twilight Sparkle doesn't understand that he may be in danger if she does.
Interesting, I almost expected Princess Luna to intervene since dreamwalking is her domain.
I wonder when Celestia figures out He's a mind bender?
I like the story so far, I find it rather cute to see Sheldon with the CMC and their friends. Even though SP and DM start to anoy me the story line is nice and smooth.
Above it all, Sheldon isn't a total Mare sue.
I'm still finding this story interesting to follow, though I'm surprised it lacks the [Slice of Life] tag. It's definitely more that than adventure, methinks.

I like how Celestia's just killed an entire species on rumour. What an amazing leader. This is exactly why an immortal ruler is the worst thing ever XD
I don't understand the need to have all this killing done. Shining Armor's squad did not deserve what happened to them, and the tales of former lovers being murdered right in front them as well as forcing an abortion just add to the question of 'why'?
If Shining Armor had executed Sheldon, something I don't think he would have done, his sister would probably disown him for that, regardless if the order came from Celestia or not. And I'm pretty sure with Twilight and Luna knowing Sheldon already, they could have stopped anything from happening to him.
Death is something you can't take back — if Sheldon is the one who ordered the squad to kill each other (it's not clear if it was him or someone else), he's a murderer. Separate from any other charge, that would be enough to get him imprisoned if not executed anyway.
And all that stuff that happened to Granny Smith, assuming it's true and wasn't some sort of inserted memories, is barbaric and almost completely different from the façade that Celestia normally shows. It's not something that Twilight or Cadance would stand for.

I really dislike this portrayal of Celestia, and having other characters note how out of character this is for her doesn't excuse how anti-canon it is in every respect. Celestia's completely mad on this issue. The other Princesses should have intervened.

I have been needing to update this fic to how I currently write my other fics, add some new characters, as well as fix up any spelling errors; that, and a friend of mine is working on a cover art for this, so I wanted to wait until he completes it before I even start working on a new chapter. I imagine by the time I finally do get to come back and fix it, your suggestion will be included.
