Also try to use better grammar, because its kinda of hard to read when the grammar is all off the rails. Like putting an upper case letters at the start of a new sentence or when to put a comma. I not saying this bad or anything I like the way you written it. It just needs better grammar is all.

The Drill then span a few cycles, messing up his internal organs and causing him to finally scream in agony. His vision soon blacked out as he fell, the last thing he saw was the glowing eyes of an angry Little Sister.
