I won't make excuses, the first chapter is kinda iffy. I'm still relatively new to this kind of writing.
I'll consider a rewrite soon enough, it could be as simple as changing some positions.

I'm sorry, but that...wasn't one of the more well-written sex scenes I've read. Too much sex logic fail, too much reliance on absurd and/or crass terminology.
Okay, a few issues I have with this:
1. If Twilight has wings and a horn, this isn't really {Human}, is it? It's really more {Anthro}. A case can of course be made for humans with wings and horns, but...generally speaking, having any pony parts whatsoever is usually {Anthro}.
2. I cannot honestly see Pinkie Pie being this much of a slut. Enjoying sex? Yes. Always forgetting to use protection? Probably. Having wild, raunchy sex with a plethora of different men, and never using any protection whatsoever, forcing one of her best friends into the awkward situation of having to clean up after her every single time? No.
3. Taking a pointed alicorn horn up one's pussy would hurt. Especially if you slipped and it went in deeper. The angle of penetration would almost certainly lead to injury.
4. If Pinkie is as much of a slut as you portray her, then her vagina is, by this point, so loose that it wouldn't even NOTICE something as slender as an alicorn's horn.
As much as I love humanized pony sex, and as much fun as reading about Pinkie having sex would and should normally be...I just cannot endorse this story.

I got flac for labeling a previous story as Anthro because it was just humans with wings and such. So this one I did not label it anthro for that reason.
I'm definitely one of extremes, so Pinkie was a bit far fetched (to put it lightly)
Twilight's horn still looks pretty blunt to me....and who says that alicorn horns are razor sharp anyway?
Yes most definitely. I will further explain in chapters to come of how it's more of a "binge" type behaviour. Do a shit ton, stop, recover, repeat.

As for a sequel.....it would seem all of my [Human] stories so far take place on the same timeline, in the same setting.
