The End

A short story based on the depressing but very well put together Youtube video 'What if the Mane 6 died one by one?' Told from the perspective of Rainbow Dash, the last surviving member of the Mane 6.

This is really, really good for your first short story. I'm not one to read these kind of stories, but hey, it caught my eye for one reason or other, and well, I'm stupid like that.

Really. It's one of the better ones I've seen from new authors.

My only thoughts is that I think if the Mane Six really did lose a friend, it would only make their commitment to being themselves and fighting on even stronger, extremely so for Rainbow Dash. I can not see them killing themselves because they lost one of their comrades.

She'd be the one who would live through it all because it was the right thing to do. They'd want her to. She would do it to represent all of them. She's that strong of a mare deep down inside, and why she's my favorite pony. She'd handle the burden even if it killed her through stress. I think any of them would.

But alas, these are short heartstring pullers. I'm thinking too hard.

Only made it as far as RD's salute. Can't cry at work- bad form. Twi utterly has my heart. No, make that Applejack - what am I sayin? it's Dashie, of course!
I'll try reading it after a couple of scotch and soda's. Just keep the sharp objects away.

Hmm...

The ending with Rainbow Dash falling reminded me of that one story. What was it called again? I think it was called Catch You, if I am not mistaken.

All in all, this was one of the stories that actually made me think about my life. About my decisions. It really got to me. Great job.

Amazing story. Great first fic, and while I was saddened by the story I just can't really see them commiting suicide. Other than that have a thumbs up.
