not a particularly engaging read, i found myself skiming through the Pinkie parts and only ready the observer notes...though technically proficient, it just wasnt that interesting...

Your mistake was making this a descent into insanity. I mean, considering that it's Pinkie Pie, that's a fairly short drop. A descent into despair would have been much more compelling.
