Prince of the City

Hi, reader. I'm no storyteller, but I'll do my best to entertain you with my writing, and to improve as a writer. Thanks for reading!

E

Rarity has a problem that she just can't solve on her own. With no one else to turn to, she enlists the aid of the noble creature that goes by the name Spike. Together, they face down the terror brewing at the Carousel Boutique, a traumatizing event that just may help strengthen their bond.

I could use a baby dragon right now. Or better yet, gimme that extermination spell. I've got an ant problem and they're ignoring the bait I laid out. Guaranteed my unmarked flank.

I had the same problem, but my mom used a recipe off the internet, and it actually worked.
Just mix Borax and a sweet, sticky substance (we used honey. Jelly or syrup also work), on a plate and put it in the place ants appear most. In a few days, they'll be gone.
If it doesn't work for you, well, good luck.

EDIT:
Finally actually read this story. Wasn't bad.

This was cute beyond belief

I can't tell you how scared I was when I heard the title that this was going to become a clop fic. Luckily, this was kept clean and amazingly cute. Almost worth of becoming an episode :coolphoto:

Rarity’s eyes shifted around the room, as if she was searching for a predator on her tail. “It has returned!” she said with a panic-suffused voice.

No amount of preparation could have readied him for what he saw. Roaches. Roaches everywhere. In every possible nook, cranny, and crevice. Not a square inch was spared from their wrath. The walls, ceiling, and floor flowed like an ocean with multiple, disgusting, moving parts.

Rarity demurely hid behind her mane in a manner remarkably similar to a notoriously shy pegasus.

Perhaps it's because it's a rarity (:facehoof:PUN NOT INTENDED I SWEAR!:ajbemused:) but shy, demure Rarity is... heart-burstingly adorable!

I wish you luck with your problem crawling things are not nice to look at :twilightoops:

Glad you liked it :twilightsheepish: I didn't think anyone would.

I have no intention of writing any clopfics. It's not really my thing.

It's a side of Rarity we never really see but it has to be there.

Thank you all for reading and commenting

That was hilarious. Rarity's hysterical melodrama and Spike's absurd valiance made it a total riot, and the Sparity was the cherry on top. Thanks a lot for the fun read.

This made my day!! Once again Sir Spike hath vanquished the enemy and rescued Lady Rarity from the Creepy Crawlies....all I have to say is WTF Sweetie Belle?!:unsuresweetie::unsuresweetie: What in your right mind thought that you would have a roach as a pet???

Man, this seems much better than how I write Rarity. While at the same time, almost seeming too exaggerated. Nonetheless, a good read.

3067861 Only good roach was Hal from WALL-E. But yeah, cockroaches freak out. Well not all of them. Think there are 26 species total. 5 out of those are considered pest and only the common one we know of is the one we all loathe.

But yeah, Sweetie Bell and the rest of the Crusaders are a bit... odd in that sense. In any case, there should be a sequel or something. For me, roaches are tied for 2nd place in creepiest bug (tied with wasps/hornets) and 3rd place is spiders. 1st place are... centipedes and millipedes. God, I hate those. They're just unnatural.

Rarity scream in terror at it. :raritycry:

Spike fights it. :moustache:

Meanwhile Sweetie Belle has cupcake with it. :rainbowlaugh: :rainbowlaugh: :rainbowlaugh: :rainbowlaugh:

And in a nearby cottage, a yellow pegasus felt a disturbance in the Force as if hundreds of her friends cried out in anguish and then went silent...
