The convoy consists of Crimson Lance, a stern warrior-governor in gleaming armor; a rebellious earth pony and a quiet pegasus; and a diligent but severely powerless unicorn, Sour Note, whose only wish is to impress Crimson, her idol. The governor was hoping for a quick resolution, but things don't seem to be turning out according to her plans...

There a mysteries of the unknown that are better left unanswered, but perhaps this story will help show some light into those questions, or at the very least give you a small peek into the nature of the legendary vortex that connect other worlds.
