Big Macintosh is finally going to marry Fluttershy, but he doesn't know how he should propose. To figure out how, he asks his three best friends for advice: Caramel, Mr. Cake, and Braeburn. Hilarity ensues when Big Mac tries to propose. Will any of his attempts work? Will Big Macintosh propose to Fluttershy, or will he fail?

A farm hoof walks into a bar and meets a Representative of the Night Court. Sometimes life suck and you break up with your marefriend before Hearts & Hooves Day, and sometime your life start to sound like a bad joke, but sometimes, thankfully, things take unexpected turn and new opportunity arise. Caramel didn't think he and Trixie Lulamoon had much in common, Trixie Lulamoon thought she would just have a drink alone, turns out both were wrong.

This is my entry for the Lunaverse Hearts & Hooves Day 2013 special event! The pairing in this fic was decided by a random number generator, and I did my best. This fic is 100% non-canon to the Lunaverse, and probably sucks hard compared to my other work, but I still encourage new readers to dive in since it is fairly light on continuity.

Sea Swirl loves Sassaflash.

Sassaflash loves Caramel. Caramel loves Sassaflash.

It'd be so much easier if Caramel was a jerk. It'd be so much easier if Sassaflash really loved Sea Swirl all along. It'd be so, so, so very much easier if Sea Swirl didn't have a mind as wide and vacant as a deserted seabed.

The trouble is: love is like life, and both are like the sea. As simple as they look on the surface, they're so mind-bogglingly strange and complicated underneath that it's easy to get lost without a guide.

Life, love, and the endless sea: Sea Swirl herself can only manage one of those three. But she's always trying her best. And sadly, her best might not be good enough, not when it comes to the one thing that matters most:

It's good to be Big Macintosh. A powerful, sexy, and formidable bouncer who guards the entrance to the club "Vinyl's Cage Corral", and also the work horse of Sweet Apple Acres. He's good looking, and has many mares swooning at the mere mentioning of his name.

But...what if he doesn't even notice them? He's too busy to bother with love, and even if he could, the mares around Ponyville just aren't for him.

With Applebuck Season over, Vinyl's club closing down for Hearth's Warming Break, and no work to be done, Macintosh finds himself bored out of his mind...until he sees her.

A canary-yellow Pegasus with a lovely pink mane and the softest, most adorable eyes he's ever seen. He wants to talk to her...but what he discovers is that he's too shy to even try! To make matters worse...two of his cousins are in town to visit and notice this as well.

What follows is the hilarious adventure of two Apple Relatives helping a third to 'Buck up or shaddup!', get his act together and, you guessed it...take a Leap of Faith.

This story is a bit of a metaphor. This is my attempt at stopping bullying for being homosexual and it highlights one or two of the problems that can arise.
