What happens when you put a vampony, werewolf and a ghost all under the same roof among an unsuspecting Ponyville? Twilight Sparkle is determined to show Equestria that what goes 'bump in the night' deserves equal rights to ponies, too bad they don't believe in those old pony-tales.

Can a vampony, ghost and werewolf residence really work, especially when there are hunters among them that have dedicated their lives to eradicating all things supernatural? With blood lust, blood pressure and general social interaction being a factor, can they really do it? Or was this plan destined to fail the moment is was concocted?

Loosely based off of the ideas from the UK Drama 'Being Human.' No prior knowledge of the show is needed to enjoy this fic!

While Cadance waits for her husband's return from the field, she ponders her home in Henosis and foals. To the South, Shining holds out against monsters that prowl the borders of the Crystal Empire and regrets.

The world isn't a nice place, bad things happen to good ponies. Fluttershy experiences this first hoof, but with her friends at her side, she'll get through it.

In the depths of space, a young bat pony by the name of Star Dancer is found by the crew of the Kestrel during a mission of great importance.

A crossover with the game FTL. Ponies in space are always fun, right? And while there will be humans, they are far from the only race that will be appearing.

Cadance had always wanted a family of her own so to now have her husband and sweet daughter her life is complete and nothing could ever go wrong again. That is until Flurry Heart turned five and her Aunt Luna sent them an urgent message they needed to speak regarding nightmares that Flurry Heart was having.

Cadance's life would be forever changed after that meeting. One thing would never change though. She would always love her daughter... Always.

It started as a normal Equestrian morning, but doesn't it always? The princesses are frightened, and in Ponyville, a creature from a forgotten race walks into town. His kind hasn't been seen in over a thousand years, but even then he's still far from what he appears to be.

Arc 1: The First Day

Author's Note: Hey guys! This is my first story, so constructive criticism is more than welcome. I'll take this moment to say that I own nothing but my main character, the plot, and a few surprises which will appear later. All other characters and linked music are NOT mine. A word on music. At times I might offer two links to a song. The first is the OFFICIAL version, the second is the closest approximation to how I feel it is sung in the story. Just warning you, because I know some people hate covers. This story is rated teen for occasional language, implied sex, and gruesome imagery (mostly late in the story and in flashbacks).
