Sparky sees himself as a monster. He feels that way from all the trouble he's caused his father and his family. He feels that to keep them from getting in trouble; he needs to disappear. To free them from the monster. But, little does he know. It may take a monster to heal a monster.

He didn't know where he was.

He didn't know what he was.

He most certainly had no idea of who he was.

He merely had one thing to go off of, and that was his instinct and undecipherable memories, and having something but not knowing how to understand it isn't the most sound solution.

So, when a new, strange, feeling has wiggled its way into his mind, infusing with his instincts, he decides to go with it.

After all, he had absolutely nothing to lose.

This story was requested by Dragon Whisper 243, though why he chose little ole' me to write his idea, I have no idea, but I seriously thank him nonetheless for his patience and kindness.

Long ago, there was a mystical kingdom full of dragons. They lived a normal and peaceful life until one day a creature came. This creature is only known as Arctigos. Not much is known about them, only that they feed on the peace of others.
The kingdom then quickly sank into chaos. Soon there was almost nothing left.
After thousands of years, only one last dragon egg remained. It pounded and was protected by a protective magic. Until one day the egg started throbbing like crazy again. And this is where our story begins.
