What happens when a human with big ideas and even bigger baggage has a night on the town with friends and wakes up the morning after in a spare bedroom at The Castle of Friendship? With a revolt on the horizon for The Dragon Lands they turn to him for help.

As a note, the sex tag is there for innuendos and about as much sex as you would get out of watching a James Bond movie (I.e. intense make-out scenes and steamy moments) nothing more.

Spike comes home to the library one afternoon to find a strange young dragon calling himself Quarrel. After Quarrel explains that he doesn't have a home, Spike and Twilight decide to take him in... but will Quarrel's idiosyncrasies drive Twilight, at least, insane? And what happens when Quarrel finds danger in his new home?

Slightly based off a rather odd dream I had. To be more specific, this is sort of the 'prequel' to that dream. I hope that explains any odd things sufficiently.

the old home lands were shattered by the great blizzards, 1000 years ago Celestia and Luna created the modern state of equestria and spread across the world. in this, the frontier of empire, they hold little sway and war is everywhere. the royal guard hold back the ever approaching hordes of griffins, dogs of various types, changeling, and rogue ponies. add on the consistent infighting among the imperial noble houses, there is a lot of work for a skilled lunar knight.

After taking care of Shiny's WereDragon problem, the Skylanders do what they always do: protect the magical world of Skylands. After coming back from the Mesosoic Era in a different dimension, Eon gets a call for help from a Scottish-voiced viking by the name of Duggard the Decisive, chief of the island of Huttsgalor. Spike, Ember, and the rest of the Dragon members of the Extreme Squad, along with Spyro, Cynder, Sparx, and other Dragon Skylanders, are ready to help. And while they do that, Shiny gets acquainted with her new powers and the beast inside her, and Cynder continues to hide her fear of any of the Skylanders knowing of her dreaded past.

Please note that some characters from the show will be appearing in this story from A to Z. The chapters may be based on the characters names, species, or by stations. Please also side note that Shiny is the "main" character of the Dinosaur Train series. The first chapter is "Pteranodon Terrace."
