When Cheerilee became a vampire and began doing Princess Luna's bidding, she expected to be tasked with a lot of difficult missions. Being sent to Las Pegasus to play poker was not one of them.

Every year, the most obsessed birders of Ponyville gather to perform an informal census of all the birds in town. It begins before dawn, lasts a grueling eight hours, and involves very little speaking and absolutely no photography.

It, of course, has devolved into the most cutthroat competition this side of the Dragon Lands.

To the point: Human in Equestria, Cheerilee decides to make a move on him and it works? Kind of? Something like that.

Anyways, I was writing a story about a blatantly self insert I mean... a human going to Equestria, but thinking about reasonable reactions and interactions ponies and the human would have (You know, the most cliché stuff you could ever imagine, but it was a guilty pleasure to write). So, I was avoiding ANY romance at all, focusing on language and culture learning and adaptation but then, last year Valentine's day came and I decided to throw everything trough the window and write a silly romance one based on it and... well, let's say it's on time this year! Kind of, because is not finished yet, but I suppose I could post it as incomplete and go from there. So, I will publish this cheeky cheesy incomplete story here and see what happens...

It may contain human x pony romance, references, fluff, traces of memes and other allergens, including subtle RGRE moments.

After another failed experiment, the Cutie Mark Crusaders decide to ask Cheerilee for advice on how to obtain theirs; Cheerilee relays a tale of how she discovered her love for teaching, and the mare she knew she would be. Inspired after reading Pinkie Watches Paint Dry while sitting on my porch and looking at the rose bushes on my front lawn. I guess that's what happens when you contemplate life while observing nature's beauty.

Takes place in season 1

Twilight Sparkle, mostly settled in the small town of Ponyville, finds herself at a loss as ponies start letting themselves in (literally and figuratively) into her life. On her end, she and (for some reason constantly brought in conversation) Spike are doing perfectly fine.

But the ponies... Oh, the ponies are in a uproar as they wonder and ponder the big questions.

What did Twilight 'do' to get sent to Ponyville?
How exactly was she coping living 'alone'?
What really was the story about Spike?
Didn't she need 'help'?

A young thang like herself, raising her son alone in a little place like Ponyville, needed all the help she could. Or not. Maybe, she didn't. Being a fool who got herself knocked up and thrown away from the Princess on high...
