Three amazing months after Paradise returns to Equestria and after Opaline's defeat, there is a great reason to celebrate-- Queen Haven and Alphabittle's two-year dating anniversary! But as the celebrations begin, our heroes are pulled into another Unity Quest... this one revealing secrets from Mystery Incorporated's past.

When Mystery Inc bumbles a case and nabs an innocent man by mistake, the gang is forced into early retirement from crime-solving. But it doesn't take long before their old friend Vincent Van Ghoul needs help and pulls the team right back into action.

It all started one summer when Scooby, Shaggy and Daphne secretly tracked down 13 of the world's spookiest ghosts, and caught all but one. With the 13th ghost on the loose, and the Chest of Demons holding the remaining 12 ghosts nowhere to be found, the gang will have to leave their secrets in the past, reunite with Vincent Van Ghoul, make some new flying leopard friends and find the Chest of Demons before the other 12 ghosts can be released into the world.

But the real question is, will the Mane 6 be able to help their friends in their most important mission yet, while reminding them never to give up hope?

A nearby breezie approaches her in an attempt to quieten the racket. One thing leads to another and the moon inadvertently snorts up the breezie.

A little discombobulated, the little fairy pony has to explore to find his way out.

A mare by the name of Ditzy Beifong has no idea what she is there is no one like her in the earth empire or any other nation on earth but she will soon learn the truth of herself and go on a life changing adventure and gain self -discovery.

There appears to be a giant teapot in front of Twilight's castle.

There appears to be a Great and Powerful Trixie in front of Twilight's castle.

These two things might be connected.

This story expands on the background of Sunset Shimmer, how she was shaped by her new found mother, how she developed into the mare she was and how she ended up going down a dark path.

With the clock ticking down, the detective princess is going to need to go into overdrive if she is to find the perfect present.

Something went terribly wrong when Sombra was banished to the Sun as punishment for escaping the curse in the Frozen North and being a constant thorn in Equestria's side.

Cadence couldn't even figure the spell out, Twilight and Luna said it was too far away for them to reach, and Celestia said something was blocking her grasp of it.

Nopony could pull the Sun closer and whatever happened changed Equestria rapidly. Then came what everyone called Sombra's Final Curse.
