Hi all.
I've been giving it some thought and, while 2019 hasn't been bad for me at all (Difficult certainly but nothing really that bad happened) I can understand it has been a rough year for more than a few of you.
A lot has happened, good and bad.
I don't need to tell you about the bad.
But here's quite a bit of good to those who need it.
IN WHICH I WORK OUT AND DOUGHNUT
I have no idea what sort of music video to post tonight. So I'll just find something random. Here we go.
I'm a sucker for jazz. Now into the fevered recesses of my mind.
So, fun fact, I've watched Nomadland recently.
Okay, I lied, it's not really fun. Still a fact that I've watched it though, so that's not a complete lie. I don't think I could lie to anyone completely if I tried, and believe me, I tried.
It's actually what makes me a great liar, in fact—you slip in just the tiniest bit of the truth, your verisimilitudinous OxyContin, then everyone will believe everything you say, hook, line and sinker.
(This blog was written for Onemansponyramblings, and it’s posted in there as per today. Chris, the guy who runs the site (and one of the curators of the RCL), asked for guest columns and I offered one about random humor and all that jazz. I figured some of you might want to read this too, so here it comes. Make sure to check the blog as
Since its a Halloween story based loosely off the Tell Your Tale shorts I really tried to get out the whole thing by Halloween, not happening. Really did an attempt for it though. Will be out next month pretty sure.
It's going to be a sequel to Cardboard Castles. Not focusing on Izzy and Sunny so slight difference in tone (but since I'm running with the ideas from that story (the whole 'we brought magic back and that's a good and bad thing cause we have no idea what that could bring back)
This month is nothing that big, though it never is with me. I will be posting a few one shots and the latest part of the SWWC side stories. No Hoodwinked, or Journey, just this stuff. However, I can guarantee Hoodwink's return in Feb. Nothing much else, so I get right to the posts.

I knew Gay Marriage was just legalized today, but just now I realized everything is rainbows because of it. Silly me!
I'm drawing pride ponies for the occasion. :3
These aren't my pride ponies, though:

Time Enough For Love will begin tomorrow morning, July 18! Until then, I'll be posting little teasers once per day.
The real MLP movie. I don't care how much Syeekoh thinks Adagio's hips don't lie, Equestria Girls is never going to be a good movie series to me.
Okay, so before anyone says anything yes, I know I missed the February update and basically did f&*k all that month but in my defense work was kicking my flank so hard that month that I barely remember most of it other than endless pizza deliveries and rolling around in tip money. Not that that's a bad thing, mind you, but still...
Sorta, I guess? Like, it's still plausible that The Bubble could exist in the MLP universe considering that G5 takes place far into the future, but it still ruins the possibility of writing a sequel using G5 characters. Perhaps I could rework it a bit to make an advanced version of the Bubble, but the problem is...

Ladies and Gentlemen, darf is back from his very short hiatus and has done three things on the site that speak for themselves.
hoooooooooo boy hi guys it's been a while, time for another past-midnight blog, gonna do my best to stay on topic but who knows
This is a part two! It's gonna be shorter than the first one, 'cause neither the discovery nor the repair took as long. Before you get started, though:
The part of my ever growing universe is arriving this week. A series of one shots and mini stories, spanning about 4-6 chapters each. During the winter, I will post two one shots and during the summer the mini stories. Each one can be read on their own, but are also meant to serve as backdrop to the main series of anthology, Something Wrong With Canterlot. Each one will offer extra details to certain stories within the anthology. You can read those stories first or these. Now you are probably
Dewdrops on the Grass will be proud to present not one, but two long form stories!
First...
Even as I stood I kept my gaze steady on her, sharp pain biting into my heart like a set of fanged jaws. “Amelia, I’m sorry it was my magic–”
“Thank you, Ensign, that will be all,” she cut me off sharply.
You've watched.
“Good. We’ll want to do the same on the Enterprise, then,” he said. “Last thing we need is a warp core breach.”
Okay, first things first, happy new years guys, we made it! yay
Now we just gotta make it to the next one and we'll set another record!
Not much in a mood to read. Seeing nice little things, but no forcing it.
It's like me eating too much sugary stuff today whilst writing in those motebooks, and thinking of stuff.
I couldn't eat as much real food as I desired cause I wasn't hungry enough. And ain't being any soon.
I won't even try. I may, but if I ain't. I ain't.
Also, those notebooks really are too small, and slightly too chocolate covered at points.
