Even as I stood I kept my gaze steady on her, sharp pain biting into my heart like a set of fanged jaws. “Amelia, I’m sorry it was my magic–”
“Thank you, Ensign, that will be all,” she cut me off sharply.

“Good. We’ll want to do the same on the Enterprise, then,” he said. “Last thing we need is a warp core breach.”
“Liang to Sparkle.”
Blinking in surprise I tapped my badge. “Sparkle here, sir.”
“Would you please report to my ready room?”
You've waited.
Liang’s terminal chirped. “Liang here,” he said.
Even as Rodriguez’s words came through the terminal, I saw the streaming stars in the window dissipate behind us into endless points. “We’ve arrived at the nebula, sir.”
“Understood, I’m on my way.” He tapped a button then rose from his seat, cane tucked under his arm. “Ladies, if you’ll all care to join me.”
And your patience has finally been rewarded.
“I’ll be ready, sir,” I said.
“Good. Let’s get to work, people.”

Two years ago...
Danganronpa: In Harmony's Wake represented Dewdrops' first post on Fimfiction, and the beginnings of a writing career.
Now...
“Sunset Shimmer?” I said, my voice shaking.
She looked up instantly at the sound of my voice, her expression haunted. “...Wallflower?!” she gasped. “Wallflower Blush?”
“Uh. Yeah.” I looked away a little, crossing my arms defensively. “It’s me.”
She continued to gape, her face paling with every second, like she was seeing a ghost. ‘You’re alive,” she breathed.
Two years later...
“Hey, Wallflower, it’s alright. Ah’m here now, okay?” she said, approaching me gently, her voice much softer. She held out a hand, palm upward, for me to take if I wanted.
I stared at the hand like it was the jaws of a viper. “...who’re you?”
She took a brief step back, her mouth twisting up in a confused frown. “...It’s me, Wallflower. Pear Butter. Don’t you remember?”
“I’ve never seen you before in my life.”
...comes the sequel you've all been waiting for...
She held a pinkie to her mouth. “Not that that’s really all that difficult, since she’s so whiny.” The judgemental expression faded, replaced by a wiley smirk. “In case you need the reminder, Wallywall, it’s Vignette Valencia.”
“Wallywall?” I repeated in a quiet murmur. Shaking my head, I put out a hand and said louder, “Nice to meet you, I guess.”
Her smirk widened as she briefly took the tips of my fingers and shook them, then brought them up to her lips and gave them a kiss. “Oh my dear, you really don’t remember. What a shame. I guess I’ll have to impress you all over again.”

It's good to be back. I've had an eventful time, between trying to handle all those health issues I was dealing, plus having a whole new medicine I tried out that completely kicked me down for two months and delayed this whole process... long stories. But I'm back, we're here to go, and it shall be glorious.

He approached me wanting to do a collab for a DR story, we decided on a sequel to IHW, and the rest is history. It's been in the works for a pretty long time actually.
Lost Memories was always intended as a playground for stuff related specifically to the first story, and as I moved on to Phoenix, I found myself losing interest in doing much with it. Maybe it'll get something at some point, but pretty unlikely at best. I'd much rather move on to something much more substantial, which is precisely what we've done here.

Ah, no, they're not intended to be a secret, since everyone is met in the prologue per usual DR parlance. In fact two of them are outright manufactured custom as they don't exist otherwise canonically, even though they're for canon characters.
