Long stories, how do they work? (Important) · 8:17pm Feb 4th, 2016
At first I was like: "WOW AMAZING IDEA" and then I was like: '"Nah, I'm out."
How do you even long-story writers? Really, let's talk about it.

I'm working on a State of the Horizon post, but in the meantime, a few quick con-related things:

Fluffquius (or whatever u wanna call it I don’t mind) is a thing
Yes. Arquius. 💙
I rarely do episode reviews, though I made an exception for “A Royal Problem.” I’m making another exception, though, so it’s time to look at one of the most lore-filled episodes of the show’s run as I explain why I... don’t really care for it.
Don’t you look at Best Pony that way, you jerk.
Harkenly tha veracious devourerers of tha’s pontifications regarden to Us’s evergrowing assemblage of words pertaining to brightly-colored equines!

Wow in the past year I went from feeling angsty to feeling so mushy that I can't stop grinning like an idiot and my heart swells up. Now those feelings are amplified. I guess it's the good version of PMS? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ In the past, I've lost all my impulse control right before my period, and I've drowned in my own tears. Now I want to cuddle, look at the sky, go on a picnic, listen to each other's heart beats, and stare into some lovely eyes. Dammit I'm so cheesy what kind of cheese
so i'm sick
again
why am i always sick wtff
anyway i'm sick and tired
and i need to write and draw and oh my glob someone save me from the hell that is coughing and runny noses
Apparently legendoflink drew a thing for this story over a year ago.
Description:
"Sighing, you tuck Pinkie under your arm and walk into the living room. Pinkie stretches her legs out to the side and makes airplane sounds as you walk."Was reading a story and decided to draw a little snippet of it.
I stumbled upon it while scouring ponybooru for pictures of Pinka Pank. I like Pinka Pank.
Hello to all my new followers!
For those of you who who are new, I periodically review stories and give my own personal recommendations on them. The stories are taken from my voluminous “Read It Later” lists, or alternatively are drawn from various places around the site. I am somewhat notorious for “hating everything”, but I assure you, there are things that I love.
Just not many of them.
I'd rather drink the hooch with my friend. If she comes, she'll have to drive home and there's no way I'm letting her have a drop of alcohol. She just took a nap so she may or may not come. I'm fine with that, though. Nothing's as bad as that time I threw a birthday party and nobody came. Yes, it actually happened. It also happened another time, but it wasn't a birthday party. I'm kind of used to this shit now so it's ok.
Procrastination, I'm afraid we can't see each other anymore. I know that we have had many good times together, and those are times I will never forget... However, I think we both know that this has been a long time coming. I mean, I would have gotten to it sooner, but let's face it, you've rubbed off on me quite a bit, Pro.
Horizon and Bookplayer released new stories today, and Baal Bunny and Estee each released one earlier this week. You know what that means – it is time to get reading!
Today’s stories are four stories from established authors whose works I enjoy, plus a fifth from a new writer whose very first story ever got featured.
Sleepless in St. Martinique by bookplayer
The Kindest Silence by Horizon
Twilight Sparkle vs. The Equestrian Cutie Mark Registry by Estee
Bueno Dias, my friends.
This is your friendly film, TV show, and episode reporting amigo here with another review.
Today, I'm gonna give you guys my take of Disney's "Encanto".
Here's the rundown of this tale:
If you saw the post I put a few nights back, you'll know things haven't been going that well for me. I'm still upset and frustrated, but I've managed to get an extension on my college work and am catching up with the class. I can't go back in time and get my contest entry in like I wanted, but I'll take what I can at this point...
I've been a bit under the weather since Trotcon, but feeling better now.
This weekend I need to work on putting together some poni stuff for my niece (she's up here for her birthday), and my inability to do basic things makes that a bit difficult. So I may be delayed a few days on the Trotcon retro and the other long post I still really really want to share with y'all.
This one might or might not be short, just depends on how much I go on and on. So get yourself a drink and kick back
while we learn about a Ford Econoline with an P0720 code.
