Hello, hello! It's been snowing like mad here in Minnesota, so much that my hometown had to work extra hard to keep the ski trails groomed for their annual cross-country ski race. I got good news and bad.

First: it feels pretty awesome to finally get my money back in full with thanks to my bank after opening up a debit card dispute. The lines were busy and I was transferred through about four or five different people just to get to the correct department. I was on the phone for two minutes under an hour to get the entire thing sorted, but I'm so glad it worked out.
