Best Child has picked out both his costume and mine, apparently.

We're both going as Fluttershy?

Specifically, Best Child would be foal Fluttershy and I'm supposed to be grown-up Fluttershy.

I feel this is going to be terribly interesting for all parties involved.

Anyone else got a costume? I'm not trick or treating or anything, but I'm going to a costume party today. I decided to be extremely original and be a cat.

I tried getting my mum to take a full body picture, but she wasn't used to my phone's agonizingly slow shutter speed and we ended up with a blurry picture of me falling on my face, so that's not happening...

Today's Halloween! This was once my favorite holiday but now mostly serves as a reason to drink on a Monday. There's not too many people I know throwing parties and I'm too old to trick or treat. Instead, I'll be drinking and writing today. I'd pass out candy except I'd rather not. If I'm going to buy candy I'm going to eat it.

Anyways, hope all you trick-or-treaters and party goers have a fun, costumed day!

Just had some fun with the trick or treaters. Fingers are a little numb but fun was had by all. well, most.

I was doing the statue thing. I was dressed head to foot in a dark wizard like costume with a big black hood, gloves, and a big silvery mask with black veil in teh sockets so I looked like I had a plain blank face. I sat out on a corner on a black fold out chair with a bucket of candy in my hand.

My advice: go watch "Luna Eclipsed" and "Scare Master" these episodes fall well into the mood.

When was the last time you had a good scare? Coraline is an interesting stop motion animation feature that came out in 2009.
It is based off the book of the same name that came out in 2002. It is very well done and guaranteed to work your imagination.
Coraline is essentially a movie about a little girl with an adventurous young spirit.
She moves to a new apartment building with her parents and is destined to find an adventure.

I like this holiday way too much to stop trick or treating.

I had to be probably the only legal adult in my neighborhood doing this.

Last night I went to a Halloween dance dressed as a Vampire, I had the second best costume there. Only second to a satyr who looked uber cute. I made my own ascot, and wore a vest, suit jacket, slacks, and a cloak. I will be posting a video to YouTube soon about me with my costume and face paint on. Also, at the dance I did a lot of Russian folk dancing (my legs and feet are sore) and used a Russian accent the whole time, it was about as Romanian as I was going to get.
