"He doesn't have mommy issues or daddy issues, he has existence issues. [...] He has Schopenhauer levels of 'I hate the world because the world hates me' issues."
"He needs... severe help."
"He's got that Schopenhauer level of natural-born hater."
Inspired by the boss themes from Sonic Frontiers (yes, really), I decided to pull out an old, black suitcase I have that's heavy with TONNES of old artwork I've started or finished over the years. Why? Because, I was thinking about my new project, and wanted to find some old ideas that might help with making new concept art for the story (along with perhaps straight up whole-sale recycle old ideas for it).
Tentacle Ponies started with an OC named Octi Puss created by mea0113.
The OC inspired me to write this story:

Until recently, I used Mea's OC for my cover art (with her permission, of course). However, I always wanted to bring my OC from the story to life. And today, it happened.
I’ve had incredible difficulty with creating my own art after suffering some medical issues these past few months. So, I had to cut a lot of corners and attempted to use Ai to assist. It could only get me so far with what I wanted, and I was able to edit what it generated to produce this version. The original generated art can be seen here:

Hiya, lovely peeps!
Welcome back to Behind-the-page, the series where I give you background information on my stories. In todayʼs spotlight, we have So Many Wonders!
Delivering on my promise to publish a story this August.
Behold, new cover art I've been working on (in Inkscape, borrowing from real artists) for stories I wrote or edited. And while it wasn't intentional, it turns out these stories have a few things in common.
Hey everyone! It's been a little bit since my last blog, and I've been doing something I haven't gotten around to doing in a while! Making a story of my own But first, I have to share a pair of stories that I've been following that I want you guys to check out.
Hey everyone! So like the title suggests, I've been learning how to draw now. So far, I'm liking what I'm doing even though it's rough and I don't have all the tools for it.
Yeah, I'm aware that it's not Sunday yet. Too early to throw this week's editorial since people is still reading the last update and don't need the distraction to pass time while the next one is in the works. However, last chapter brought back some memories from before brony-ism, when I would spend my spare time playing with MSPaint and some template models to make these:
Hello Everypony, I’ve got some special stuff to show you guys. For those aren’t aware, I’m more than just a writer. I am also an artist. I’ve been drawing since I was a kid and for a large portion of it, especially in the last 10+ years, I’ve done fanart of stuff. With the rekindling of my appreciation of ponies, I’ve drawn quite a bit of fanart along with my recent Fanfic inspiration spree. If you’ve checked out my stories, I generally try to draw the cover images for my stories or do them
I know that I haven't published anything in a while, but fear not: I have not been idle. I've had the pleasure of serving as editor for two of my absolute favorite clop authors on the site, Moon Dream's very own OTP of James Light and Hardcover. The former is the proud owner of the ballsiest group on fimfiction (and
I'm still gonna do the inspired story, but it might not be the next publish because it will be a multi-chapter. I have about a dozen things going at the same time and it's kind of stopping me from completing anything.
I expect that to stop relatively soon, though. Eventually, something has to bubble to the surface.
As some of y'all might recall that Aurora Dancer is based on the good ole unreliable (top heavy) Cleveland Class Cruiser. You might know that is a light cruiser. Y’all might also recall that she is classified as a Heavy Cruiser.
This is because….
Me and my very good friend Cainiam have commissioned some art related to one of my stories!
I can't link to them, or the artist's tumblr directly, because rules, but I can describe them in excruciating detail, as well as where to find them! (And I've already replaced the cover art)
Hey everyone! Well, the art stream with Greenfinger has come and gone. Thanks to everyone who showed up! If you missed it and have a good chunk of time, you can watch the recorded art stream video before seeing the picture or watch it embedded at the bottom of this post. But the important thing is, yes, finally, we have a picture of Turing Test as an android! Er, gynoid! Well, humanoid of some kind. Check it out after the break!
