"It costs $400 000 to fire this weapon for 12 seconds."
New human x pony story. With a big gun.
So, I've been buzzing my brain on how to realistically make the all so familiar firearms work in descriptive writing.
I've seen, heard and read some interesting depictions of this puzzle:
from just using your fetlock to pull the trigger.
wrist-mounted guns
or brandishing firearms in magic or wings
etc, etc, etc.
there is even a story that features augmentation to accommodate themselves to use guns.
then there is my vision of this gun puzzle:
As some of y'all might recall that Aurora Dancer is based on the good ole unreliable (top heavy) Cleveland Class Cruiser. You might know that is a light cruiser. Y’all might also recall that she is classified as a Heavy Cruiser.
This is because….
I didn't commission this but I wish I did. God Bless the Second Amendment
Saw this post at my training academy, don't care if the joke has been overused or not, I still find it relate-able, funny, and worth sharing.

10. You can trade an old 44 for a new 22.
9. You can keep one gun at home and have another for when you're on the road.

Volare: this is SO COOL!
Anyone else hyped to see this movie?
You have your story scripted out to it fullest and now it is time to breath life into your work. You’ve constructed your character profiles and have built your plot. Now comes the third act twist! Your audience won’t see this coming!
...Will they?
How do you foreshadow future events while still not tipping your hand and exposing the big reveal?
“The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is with a good guy with a gun.” The official line from the National Rifle Association after the shooting of Sandy Hook Elementary, this has since become standard rhetoric for pro-gun advocates. Yesterday's tragedy in Las Vegas highlights the grotesque lie of this claim. A simple question to ask any of your pro-gun acquaintances: How could ‘a good guy with a gun’ have possibly done anything to stop a man shooting down into a crowd from the 32nd floor of
