The mane 6, along with Spike, go on vacation to a tropical paradise. During their first night however, they get warned that the locals may not be as friendly as they once thought. What could cause this? Who is behind it all?

In the 7th millennium of recorded time, the Twelve Colonies of Ponykind are at war with their own creations, the robotic Cyponians. The Ponystar Fleet is on its way to the peace conference when they are caught in a Cyponian ambush. It is a trap, and at the same time the Cyponians launch a nuclear holocaust on the Twelve Colonies. Out of billions of ponies, less than fifty thousand survive. Ponykind is reduced to a wandering rag-tag fugitive fleet led by the last ponystar, Equestria. Hunted by the genocidal Cyponians, with foes within and without, they search for a new home, a shining planet known only from pony legend.

It is all OC ponies - sort of. Several of the characters bear some resemblance to the mane cast, and may be related to them.

After rediscovering the jewel used in creation of Nightmare Moon, Twilight does whatever she can to protect it for Princess Celestia, until everything turns oh so very wrong. After all, Twilight always was something of a hothead, now wasn't she?

Applebloom wakes up to see that she has both a horn & wings! Will she have to leave her friends & family for a boring life as princess? (My first fanfic, people. Don't be too shy on the comments.)

Twilight Sparkle has been betrayed by Celestia, all her friends brutally killed in front of her eyes after the young unicorn woke up one morning with wings. Celestia had realized that Twilight had been chosen by the Elements of Harmony to replace Luna and herself as the leading force of Equestria, and correctly surmised that the other Elements would have followed shortly after and become a united force the current princesses couldn’t hope to defeat if they chose to contest their position for the throne. Even though Twilight doesn't want to acknowledge her destiny as Equestria's next chosen ruler, the new alicorn cannot let the tyrants she has now seen Celestia and Luna really are remain in power.
Armed with only the Elements of Harmony and her burning rage, Twilight sets out to avenge her friends and free Equestria from Celestia and Luna's tyranny.
The fate of Equestria, as well as the balance of this entire universe, hinges on Twilight's success.

An Alicorn comes back to Equestria after a two hundred year journey to find inner-peace from a scarring moment of his colthood, but fails. He meets the different ponies of Ponyville hoping that maybe friendship can offer a solution, but one pony in particular has greater impact upon him.

After visiting the past in It's About Time, Twilight spends some quality time with Princess Celestia before returning to Ponyville. She then falls into a coma and wakes up where no living pony would ever wish to be, and things only get more complicated when Celestia gets an unexpected visit from herself. Featuring Twilight, Celestia, Luna, The Underworld, and some other alicorn etc.

Spike is far too young for her, of course.
That means they'll have to keep it their sweet little secret.
