Inspired by a song you might have heard, in this story Applejack finds that not everypony in Ponyville approves of how Applebloom is being raised in the so far unexplained absence of her parents. Fortunately, the notoriously audacious Rarity has been there before, and is there to help Applejack deal with any criticisms...

Rarity is a pony of many talents. Her greatest goal, though, is not the praise of critics... it is the approval of friends. Can she make the grade in a talent that does not involve a sewing machine? There is only one way to find out, because the proof of the baking is in the eating.

While cleaning up after a particularly hectic Cutie Mark Crusader sleepover, Rarity and Apple Jack stumble across a couple of toy lightsabers. Havoc ensues.

After a chilly night, Rarity catches a cold, so Applejack goes down to take care of her until she gets better. What better than a yummy, hot tomato soup? Maybe a lullaby and a belly rub.

After returning from the Dragon Migration, Spike begins to feel even lonelier with an empty space inside him (even though he proclaimed the ponies as his family)... All he wants is one thing really and the only pony who can give him that is a certain lavender unicorn
