Xûr, Agent of the Nine, has been sent to Equestria to seek out more of the strange coins his enigmatic masters value. His tireless search soon brings him to the kingdom of the changelings, who prove to be a most interesting group of clientele.

Yeah, so, I'm a huge fan of Destiny. So I went to this convention with a few friends dressed up as my badass hunter. When we get there, I see a guy dressed like Xur. What do I see? Probably the best weapon I can think of, and that's Invective. Long story short, I am now in Equestria. The kicker? I'm not just my Hunter, but my Warlock and my Titan. I, or, rather, we, became Equestria's Guardians. We follow Celestia, but, being a brony, me and my other personalities know what's going to happen, and we decided to take our own steps to it. We are fire team lone. And this is our story.

My own guardians with what I have, and my own opinions as to said gear. If you think otherwise, don't hate because of that. First displaced story, so it might be a little rough.

Hunters.

Famous for their daring and ingenuity, they're invaluable scouts when it comes to dangerous and hostile lands.

Masters of the frontier, they once roamed the land and made their own fortunes...

Now, this Hunter must live up to this reputation when he finds himself in a new and foreign land.

His light will be tested, and he will be made stronger.

"The Darkness. A blight upon the galaxy. Always will the threat it poses exist. But, it is our duty to stand up against this tidal force. Our duty to defend the innocent and purge every threat. We may not be able to stop it..... but we can give it pause. Each and every one of you, Hunters, Warlocks, Titans, Guardians all, have the strength to fight back now more than ever. The Traveler now heals thanks to the efforts of heroes like yourselves. Now we must begin to push the darkness back. Lights behind the veil still flicker with life. Untouched by the Traveler's Light they may be but they may still hold innocent lives that must be protected from the Darkness. The Traveler works through US now. Let us do our duty to protect what remains, and halt the tide of evil before the fate of our Golden Age Solar System befalls others. We have risen from the ashes. Now we must unleash the cleansing flame." The Speaker finishes his speech. Soon the cheers of Guardians all around the Tower echo throughout the air, heard as far as the Last City below.

(Shout out to The laid back hunter for allowing me to use a character that will be appearing in this story. Rock on my friend.)

They say when I saved the Traveler from the horrors of the Black Garden, I became legend.

How presumptuous of them.

I didn't deserve such a glorified title, nor did I want it. I was a Guardian with a Ghost, Light, a few earthly possessions, and a purpose. A singular purpose, shared by all resurrected Guardians - to defend the Traveler and, by extension, the myriad life it allied itself with.

And I did my job by the book.

With my given task completed, the Darkness at bay and the Last City focusing on rebuilding, I departed. Aloof and utterly aimless, I traveled to other planets and tried in vain to ascertain my new purpose as I carved a swathe into scores of Fallen, Hive, and even the ancient Vex in the Vault of Glass.

As destiny would have it, the Speaker had ulterior plans for me at the Tower.

Destiny Crossover. Human tag is intentionally missing. Legend is based on vanilla Destiny, but will contain elements from all of the DLCs.

I own nothing.

With the recent victory at the Black Garden, Guardians in the Sol system celebrate. The Traveler is beginning to communicate with the Speaker and the Ghosts once more. And now there is a new desire from the Traveler: take the fight to the Darkness. With a squad of Ghosts chosen, they are sent to the outer reaches of the Sol system. None of them expected to find what they did.

Crota is defeated. The Guardians who triumphed over him are rewarded accordingly.

And Rainbow Dash, through a sheer display of favoritism by the RNG, gets the most powerful and coveted weapon among all Guardians.

Just as her friends were thinking her ego couldn't possibly get any more huge.

The Guardians, some of the best equipped soldiers to fight against the rising threat of the Darkness. Brought back to life by the grace of the mighty Traveler, they seek to help free the bonds they have been put under. The lives of Guardians are wild, full of challenge, loss, and blood. This is the story of one such Guardian.
Twilight Sparkle is a Unicorn Warlock, resurrected by the Traveler just a day prior. She has already learned the price of survival, but how will she cope with the vicious natures of the threats that loom over her? Assisted by two others, a Changeling Hunter named Flitter and a Crystal Earth Pony named Topaz, Twilight must try to fight against the Darkness. With her memory lost, she attempts to re-learn all she knew while adjusting to this new harsh survival.
Will they fall by the hands of the Darkness, or will they become Legend.

The Golden Age, a time of peace and prosperity for all of Equestria, until the Darkness decided to ruin the fun. From the ashes of the City, Guardians rose to fight back.
Twilight is one such Guardian, an old Unicorn, she must begin her journey in this new Equestria, one that is over a thousand years past her lifetime.
