Her body went limp as she fainted, her fur and mane frazzled, paws replaced her hooves, sharp fangs going just past her lips. Vinyl stared in shock as the wolf-like creature lifted itself from the floor with a low growl. It turned to Vinyl, canines bared. It rose its head and let out a loud, mournful howl, and attacked. Vinyl by now had been scared past her wits, and having read a fair amount of folklore herself, expected to be mauled. But instead,

Dark magic is a powerful and banned art believed to be long forgotten. Unbeknownst to the common Equestrian citizen, that art is very much alive and practiced in secret by less harmonious individuals. Slowly but surely, Twilight and her friends are drawn into their world, showing Equestria's true colors in the process; caught within a battle between light and dark. Will Twilight and her friends find fiends of pure malice or will they discover ponies with scarred and broken hearts?

A certain orange filly is scared and alone, confused by new 'changes' to her appearance. She doesn't know who to talk to - her parents have gone on yet another trek to the far corners of Equestria, her friends would run screaming, and what would the princesses think?

this is my continuation/modification (from the end of the chapter 7) of the story Vampony Chronicles by SteampunkBrony. Also the main character in this story is one made by me.
