One dark night, Dame Trixie Lulamoon finds herself abducted by a mysterious group of ponies. But things don't go as planned, and soon there's more problems to deal with, as Trixie finds herself dealing with what appears to be a reborn version of a pony who once tried to kill her.

But in this tale of miracle foals, old friends, secrets, lies, revenge and betrayal, all is not as it seems.

Nightmare Night is kid stuff. So Trixie is taking her friends into the Everfree to celebrate the season correctly, with Scary Stories and maybe a few illusions. Ditzy and Dinky are decorating, Raindrops is on delinquent watch duty and BonBon has several last minute orders to fill. It seems the night is over before it started, but Carrot Top suggests Twilight and nopony objects. After some convincing of the local librarian, the 5 mares head into the forest to share some stories and good times.

Chapter 5 and 6 haven't been updated to match the style of the first 4, however I have made them in sync with each other unless I missed something so at least its a consistent story now. I may still go back and overhaul them but at this point, I'm happy with the overall concept of what I have down. I'm thinking of releasing the final chapter Halloween week. Just seems more appropriate to wrap it up when it's actually supposed to take place.

The disgraced Duke Greengrass has lost his power, his influence, and his good name. There seems to be no alternative for him other than a fast retirement and a self-imposed exile far from the public eye. Greengrass, however, cannot imagine life outside the Court, and he refuses to stop playing the Game no matter how difficult it becomes. When he stumbles across evidence that a Sun Cult chapter is plotting a terrorist attack, he decides to infiltrate and expose them, hoping the resultant fame will be enough to salvage his career. Now he must survive the murderous fanatics of the Cult, expose its powerful backer, and evade governmental authorities who would be all too eager to hang him if they learned he had 'joined' the Cult. It's the toughest Game Greengrass has ever played... and if he loses this time, he won't live long enough to try again.

It's your typical day in Ponyville. A monster attack. Epic battle with costumed superheroes. Senseless property damage. Not really something for Trixie, the leader of said heroes, to really concern herself with. What does concern her is this strange new unicorn named Twilight Sparkle that has come to town. She's asking nosy questions and trying to learn everything she can about the town's local heroes the Galaxy Rangers. Trixie just knows that this pony is up to no good and can tell she has sinister motives. Trixie is determined to protect her friends and stop whatever this pony is planning.

Unbeknownst to Trixie, Corona, the Tyrant Sun, is plotting a new scheme to defeat the Galaxy Rangers once and for all. One that will leave the Galaxy Rangers broken. A new breed of monsters with the magic and intellect of a pony and with power that dwarfs even the Tyrant Sun herself.

A Lunaverse spinoff story.
This is a sorta sequel to Longest Night, Longest Day by RainbowDoubleDash. Not required reading, but check it out if you are interested. There are a few key differences from LNLD and the normal Lunaverse and they will be explained in story.

It has been a month since Corvus attacked Ponyville. So far the Tyrant Sun Corona has been silent giving the town some peace and quiet for once. Not that it gives Trixie and the other Galaxy Rangers any peace with the press and fans constantly bothering them ever since their secret identities got revealed.

Even worse is that members of the Night Court have started making moves against the Rangers. Archduke Fisher, Viceroy Night Light, and Duke Greengrass are determined to bring them down and replace them with new Rangers they have created, the Planet Rangers. The Rangers are framed for crimes they didn't commit and now are on the run from the police. Cornered on every side, the Rangers find help from an unexpected source.
