The Doctor's adventures in Equestria continue in this second installment of the Doctor Whooves Series.

His nature as a Time Lord revealed to Twilight's friends, the Doctor prepares for his first jaunt into Equis' history with Rainbow Dash when Applejack informs him of something mysterious she saw as a filly. Intrigued, the Doctor and Twilight, accompanied by Applejack and Rainbow Dash, travel 3000 years into the past to visit Ancient Roan during the Reneighssance Period.

Upon arriving, the ponies are beside themselves with wonder as they explore a place they once thought existed only in history books. They even get to meet a living legend in the form of Leonard DiHoovsie: the famous inventor, thinker, painter, and philosopher. But not everything is at it seems, and something disturbing is happening just under the surface of Roan's exquisite architecture. With strange rumors abound, and a string of unexplained and unsolved disappearances plaguing the historic city, the Doctor's companions are about to discover that some things are left out of the history books for a reason.

"Game of Stones" is the second episode of the Doctor Whooves Series and the fourth of the expanded "Number 12" continuity begun by the inspirational Squeak-anon.

It is strongly recommended to read the following fics here on FIMFiction before proceeding with "Game of Stones."

In the last desperate act, the sector V of the Kids next door fired the moonbase against Grandfather. But something unexpected happened, a giant portal was opened in the lab wing of the moonbase which sucks everything around it, grandfather included and got thrown into the world of equestria.

I just learned it now when I saw my true self for the first time. How did I come to replace the real Rainbow Dash, and when? And why can't I remember it?

Discord wakes up again and this time sends the pony gang to the human world so that they can't ineterfere with his plans. The gang wakes up in the middle of a field and they walk to a small town. They get adapted to human life and make new friends, including boyfriends. After realizing how much trouble Equestria is in by watching MLP, they go on a quest to get back. Will they be able to leave their new friends behind to save the home they love?

Three million years from Equestria. The EMC mining ship Red Dwarf. Its only crew members are: Dash Whizzter, the last remaining pony; Twilight Glimmer, a hologram of her bunkmate; and a creature that evolved from the ship's dragon. I am PINKY, the ship's computer - I have an IQ of 6,000. That's the same IQ as 6,000 PE teachers. Or the same as 12,000 traffic wardens.

Author's note: Hello all! This is a "Red Dwarf" crossover that I've been meaning to do for a little while. If you haven't watched the original sitcom then you really should do - it's demonstrably one of the finer examples of comedy to come out of the UK. I apologize if anyone who has seen the original gets mad at me for doing this - this is more of an experiment than anything else.

Rated Teen for an eensy-weensy bit of death. Otherwise this is pretty kid-friendly. :P
