The pony gang wakes up dazed to find that they are in a field but they aren't ponies, they're human
Discord wakes up again and this time sends the pony gang to the human world so that they can't ineterfere with his plans. The gang wakes up in the middle of a field and they walk to a small town. They get adapted to human life and make new friends, including boyfriends. After realizing how much trouble Equestria is in by watching MLP, they go on a quest to get back. Will they be able to leave their new friends behind to save the home they love?
Discord strained against his rocky barrier, after just 2 years he had grown tired and cold. A small crack appeared at the base of his neck and worked it's way up toward his horns. Slowly smaller cracks branched out, criss-crossing across his face. Soon there was a meshed working of cracks and fissures worming all around Discord's body. A bright light seeped out of the cracks and grew brighter until it engulfed the Draconequus' body. An explosion resounded through the room and out of the dust emerged two bright glowing yellow eyes, Discord was back, and intent on revenge.

Twilight and the other ponies had gathered in the park for their weekly pet playdate. Tank teased Opal and Angel ran alongside Winnona while Aloysius watched it all from a branch in a nearby oak tree. Gummy chewed on things as he usually did. Twilight read the first book in the series of Understanding Magical Mysteries or U.M.M for short. Applejack argued with Rainbow Dash about who was the best athlete, as usual, and Rarity was busy trying to do something with Pinkie's puffy hair. Fluttershy on the other hand had snuck off in search of something more elusive than time itself, the golden chested mockingbird.
She slowly stalked through the nearby forest, listening for subtle signs of life. She soon heard the short trill of a bluejay, followed by a somewhat deeper trill. Fluttershy brightened and took off towards the sound. Instead of finding the little bird she had hoped for, she found a broken statue. But not any broken statue, it was hollow inside and shaped like the bottom half of a certain Draconequus she knew. Fluttershy stumbled backwards looking for an exit but the trees had grown so close that they formed an impenetrable barrier. Fluttershy unraveled her wings only to see that the branches twining together to form a solid ceiling. Fluttershy flew as fast as she could at the closing gap but to no avail, as soon as she reached it she bounced off the leafy barrier and crash landed in the dirt. The "room" was dark, she could see nothing, suddenly a light flickered to her left and then her right. Soon the room was full of candles that fully illuminated a certain Draconequus that had caused Equestria so much pain. Fluttershy gasped at the image before her. It was Discord, he towered over her with a smug grin plastered all over his face. Fluttershy looked past him at the broken statue, her eyes widened in surprise and realization; following her gaze Discord saw his broken prison and his smile grew even wider.
"Do you like it? I made it myself."
Fluttershy gulped, a huge lump had appeared in her throat. She knew she had to be brave in the face of danger but she just couldn't help stuttering as she spoke.
"W-w-what do y-you want Discord?"
Discord looked the shy little pegasus right in the eyes and merely chuckled. Could she really be that ignorant? She must have geussed what he wanted. But Discord decided to say the answer nevertheless.
"I want revenge. Wasn't that clear?"
"W-we won't let y-you get away w-w-with this Discord!"
"Haha! OH REALLY! Well, I'll give you a little heads up. I'm a nice guy, so, why don't you go warn your little pony friends. You have 5 minutes."
With that, Discord dissapeared in a puff of smoke. The walls and ceiling receded and the candles sank into the ground leaving a still shuddering Fluttershy in it's wake. The little yellow pegasus shook her head and galloped out of the forest. She had to warn her friends, but would they believe her? She charged right into the park, all her friends snapped their heads towards her.
"What's wrong sugarcube, somethin' bothering ya?"
Fluttershy flopped down on the grass to catch her breath, all her friends gazed at her with questioning eyes. Fluttershy managed to get out some speech between puffs of breath.
"Discord... is... back..."
Everypony looked in disbelief. Eventually Twilight laughed and broke the silence. Everypony stared at Twilight, it was so out of character for her to laugh at another friends worries. Especially after that time she got so worked up over Princess Celestia's friendship letter problem.
"Fluttershy, I don't mean to laugh but *giggle* it's impossible for Discord to escape."
Fluttershy opened her mouth to speak when a dark cloud began to swirl around the ponies. Everyone stared at it then shot a glance at Rainbow Dash. She shrugged, they hadn't planned any storms today.
"Well, Twilight Sparkle, nice to see a familiar face. Is it really impossible for me to escape?"
All the pony's mouthes flew open as they saw the Draconequus float out of the sky on a puff of pink cloud. They all scrambled backwards but they were stopped by an invisible barrier. Rainbow Dash, being rash but brave, flew right into Discord's face and glared at him. She shouted loud enough to make everypony's ears hurt.
"What do you want Discord!? I swear if you turn me or my friends gray again I'm gonna kick your sorry flank so hard that you'll land in the middle of next week!"
Discord threw back his horned head and laughed. Rainbow Dash took this as an insult and tried to kick him but her foot went right through. Rainbow Dash flew backwards in shock, no way that just happened.
"Oh, Rainbow Dash, you make me laugh! You know that I only want revenge. Now, I have a question for you, how are you going to kick my sorry flank when you're not here?"
After his comment he snapped his fingers and dissapeared, in his stead stood a gaping black hole. It sucked at everything around it and pulled it into its gaping maw. Rainbow Dash tried to fly away but the harder she flew the stronger it pulled. She soon got sucked in with a piercing scream.
"Rainbow Dash!"
Applejack jumped into the hole to try and save her friend, but she fell in as well and dissapeared. Pinkie thought it looked fun and instead jumped right in. As she soared through Twilight heard a small "Wheeeee!" Twilight reluctantly jumped in with Fluttershy and Rarity in tow. But as soon as they hit the hole they blacked out.

When the pony gang awoke they were in the middle of a grassy field piled on top of eachother. But they felt strange. Rainbow Dash wiggled out from the bottom of the pile and screamed. All the other ponies turned toward their friend and gasped.
Her hooves were no longer hooves but strange appendages made of flesh. Her tail was gone and her muzzle had receded to a flat face. She was wearing a tank top and shorts that matched her would-be coat and her mane was now just short-cut rainbow hair. Rainbow twirled around looking for her wings. She looked on her rump but her cutie mark was not there, but was instead printed on her pants. Her peachy skin shone in the sunlight and her eyes sparkled. Each "pony" looked at each other. Fluttershy had long flowing pink hair and a yellow tank top and shorts. Rarity had her trademark curly purple hair, she was wearing a white tank top and shorts. Applejack, Twilight and Pinkie had much the same style. The unicorns groped around on their foreheads but couldn't find their horns.
"Oh dear me! How am I supposed to find my diamonds now!?"
Everyone glared at Rarity, that was the least of their problems. The most apparent question was, where were they?
The pony gang got on all fours and found it increasingly difficult to walk around, they combined different ways to try and move. After twenty minutes or so the gang found that the best way to walk was to just walk on the flat pads on the ends of their legs. They flexed the strange appendages and furrowed their eyebrows in confusion. Applejack's stomach rumbled and she stooped down on four legs to take a bite of the grass. She recoiled and spat out the soft green fibers as soon as they had entered her mouth. All the other ponies thought that AJ was overreacting and bent over to take a bite too. But they spat it out as well and rubbed their tongues on the ground for good measure. The grass was so bitter and inedible, for some reason they were unable to eat the things that they would've eaten regularly before. They tried eating flowers and leaves but the results were all the same. Each pony tried to rub the tasted out of their mouth as they contemplated why it would taste so horrid. But Twilight was the first to catch on.
"I think we're in a different dimension!"
All the others mumbled for a minute before coming to the conclusion that, in this case, was the most reasonable answer. The strange appearance, the inability to eat plants, the lack of wings and horns. It would be the only reasonable answer.
"But what are we? Ah can't hardly tell!"
Twilight put her head in her hands and rolled her tongue around in her mouth, their appearance seemed familiar. She had seen it in one of her books but couldn't quite remember the creatures name or the title of the book. She closed her eyes and scrunched up her face in thought. Come on Twilight! You're the student of Princess Celestia! Of course you can remember something as trivial as this! She thought long and hard and then a light went off inside her head.
"We're humans!"
Everyone let out a loud "HUH!" before Rainbow Dash collapsed laughing. She started to cry, the tears rolled down her cheeks and splashed onto the ground underneath. Rainbow recollected herself and stared straight at Twilight.
"Twilight we all know you're an egghead and you like to read books, alright? But humans are just an old mare's tale."
"Rainbow, you have to believe me. Plus, people said that the sonic rainboom was just an old mare's tale. It turned out to be real. So how can you say that humans aren't?"
Rainbow Dash sat there with a blank expression. Twilight had shown her up and she did have a point. There wasn't any other creature that looked like this. After a few minutes of an uncomfortable silence a loud growling sound came from AJ's stomach.
"Ah don't know 'bout ya'll but Ah'm mighty hungry, maybe enough to try an' eat grass again. We should get a movin' an' find a town or somethin'."
All the others nodded in agreement and got to their feet. It would be best to find some shelter and food before the sun set. So all the used-to-be ponies gathered themselves up and started walking east, hopefully they would find something at the end of their long trek.
Rainbow Dash clutched the side of her head and groaned. Twilight wouldn't stop talking, she kept explaining about the different parts of a human, how to use them and what made them so different from ponies.She had explained about fingers, toes, feet, the different ears, how the hair differed from manes, why they couldn't eat certain things, the digestive system, and just about anything else there was to know about humans.
"Twilight! Could you please just shut it?!"
The sun had set and the girls had been walking a few miles now and they looked worse for wear. Their feet hurt due to the lack of protection and their stomachs growled louder than an Ursa Minor. They stumbled over eachother as they walked and soon they started to fall over one by one.
"Ah give up ya'll. It's hard ta walk with feet instead o' hooves."
The other girls nodded in agreement. Even the energetic Pinkie Pie had run out of energy and was panting on the ground. But something peeked her interest. She saw a collection of lights far away and jumped to her feet. She grabbed Rarity and Rainbow Dash by the arms and stuck a finger at the lights. The three girls nodded and grabbed their friends and pointed to the lights again. Twilight, AJ, and Fluttershy smiled and took off for the lights with Rarity, Pinkie, and Rainbow Dash in hot pursuit. But when they arrived it was not how they imagined it would be. It was a small town, a bit bigger than Ponyville. Many people shot them glances but continued walking. The girls were unaware of the new things they saw. A lamp that glowed without using lightning bugs or a candle. Strange metal bugs with wheels that moved all on their own. It was an alien world, and it didn't help when some blue blob came careening right into their side. All the girls toppled over with a loud "OOF". The blue blob was actually another human who had a surprising resemblance to Rainbow Dash. His hair was dyed a rainbow color and he was wearing a blue hoodie with blue shorts. He also sported a pair of sneakers with Rainbow's cutie mark on them. Rainbow Dash raised an eyebrow at him, he didn't look cool enough to be able to wear HER cutie mark. But she decided that she was too tired to retaliate. The boy smiled sheepishly and let out a nervous chuckle.
"Sorry about that. I was just trying to- hey wait a minute. You look like a girl version of me. Nice to meet ya! My name's Dexter. But everyone calls me Dash."
A girl version of you? Yeah right, you look like a human guy version of ME. And what the hell are you doing with my cutie mark? While Rainbow Dash was thinking to herself things she wished she could say, Dash stuck his hand out toward Rainbow and smiled. Rainbow looked confused at what she was supposed to do. So she just looked around the hand and frowned. Dash chuckled and stuck it towards her again.
"It's called a handshake. You're not from around here are you?"
Rainbow grabbed Dash's hand and shook it vigorously while shaking her head. Dash pulled his hand away and looked at the pile of friends. He tapped his chin for a minute. They looked interesting, a lot like characters from a show he was infatuated with. Maybe he could get to know them?
"Hey, do you guys wanna stay at my place? I got a lot of extra room, you guys can sleep there."
The girls group huddled and discussed whether this would be a good plan. Rainbow Dash remained outside of the huddle and just stared at the boy for a few minutes. Dash got a little nervous and his eyes darted back and forth before he clapped his hands together and all attention turned toward him.
"Okay! So, are we going then?"
The girls huddled one more time before turning to Dash with heads nodding. Dash started to walk off and motioned for the girls to follow him. When they arrived, they were at a huge mansion on the outskirts of town. The girls stared open mouthed at the gate for a second before noticing that Dash had already walked in and was waiting for them to follow. They slowly walked down the path looking at the beautifully shaped hedge trimmings. There were ones shaped like bunnies and others shaped like dragons. Elephants and toucans were immortalized in the hedge. The girls squealed when they saw a trimming of a pony. When they walked inside the mansion their mouthes dropped even further (as is that was even possible). The glistening marble shone enough that they could see their reflections. The beautiful spiraling staircase glimmered under the light and the columns rose out of the ground like stone trees. Suddenly a growling sound resounded throughout the large room. Applejack smiled and rubbed her stomach.
"Ah'm plumb tuckered out and mighty hungry. You got some grub in this fancy-shmancy place o' yers?"
Dash nodded and motioned for them to follow him. Within minutes they found themselves in a huge dining room. A twelve foot long table stretched across the room with an exquisite lace table cloth. All the girls pulled out a seat and sat down in awe of the huge glass chandelier. As Rainbow tried to pull out a seat Dash quickly grabbed it and pulled it out for her. Rainbow glared at Dash but took the chair and sat in it anyways. Dash smiled and grabbed himself a seat next to Rainbow and rung a little bell, soon men dressed in tuxedos came streaming out of a door on the far side of the room carrying platters. The first seven platters had salad which the girls gobbled up eagerly. The second dish was a hearty tomato soup. But the third dish looked a little peculiar. While Dash dug in the girls stared at it. He gave them questioning glances, what were they staring at?
"You guys have eaten meat before, haven't you?"
The girls squeaked and backed away from the steaming piece of flesh. The very thought of killing any animal, much less consuming it, made tears come to the girls' eyes.
"Darling, do you know what k-k-kind of m-m-m-MEAT that is?"
"Uh yea, it's cow, so are you guys like vegetarians or something?"
At the mention of a cow being slaughtered for food, Applejack thought about the poor cows on her farm. She growled and grabbed Dash by his shirt collar while tackling him to the ground.
"Is that what humans do for fun!? Slaughter innocent animals and eat them! Ah knew that yer species did weird stuff, but not cruel things like torturin' animals! Ah swear, Ah'm gonna stick my boot up your-"
Rainbow and Pinkie had come to the rescue and were holding AJ against her will as Dash got up. He clapped his hands together and watched the plates being cleared. Dash felt uneasy thoughts stirring in his mind. What does she mean species? Aren't they human too? He shook the thought out of his head and acted like nothing happened.
"I think thats enough food for today, so, I'll show you to your rooms."
Dash walked out of the dining room slowly with the girls in tow. He climbed the large staircase and brought them to 6 different rooms. Rarity chose one with the most elegant bed, Fluttershy chose the one with a view of the garden, Pinkie Pie chose the one with a flatscreen TV, Twilight chose the one with bookshelves lining it from top to bottom, AJ and Rainbow Dash chose the ones with the least flair. All the girls (excluding AJ who was still upset) said goodnight to Dash and went into their rooms. Each thinking seperate thoughts but falling into the same dream. During their sleep, all they could hear was Discord's laughter.
The six girls yawned and stretched. The night had been "interesting", the incident with the meat, and they were visited by Discord in their dreams. They slowly came one by one out of their rooms. Hair tousled and messy (excluding Rarity of course), heads drooped and steps were slow and sluggish. Only Pinkie Pie was jumping around happy as a bee. When they went downstairs they were surprised to see that Dash was already up. He waved at them happily and pointed to the counter next to him. There were six pairs of sneakers the color each matching the girls clothes, and there were little pictures that looked like their cutie marks imprinted on the side. The girl happily, albeit a little suspiciously, put them on and tried them out. They fit perfectly, and looked nice. After they finished walking around in circles Dash took them to breakfast, this time making sure that no meat came out. They had waffles, fruit salad, and some ice cream for dessert. After everyone had eaten their fill Dash stood up as if to make an announcement.
"Okay, so you guys are new here right? I'm gonna show you around, let you meet my friends."
Dash ran off toward the door while the girls hurriedly followed him. He burst out into the sunshine before falling forward on his face. All the girls gasped and rushed to his side. He didn't move, so Pinkie leaned over him and poked his face gently. He moaned and then pushed himself up. He rubbed his head and smiled, apparently this happened more than once everyday.
He walked out of the courtyard as straight as he could and continued to walk down the street. Every person that passed him said hello to him and the girls. The six girls smiled, maybe, the human world isn't so bad after all. The girls looked back toward Dash to find him waving at a boy around his age working a fruit stand. But it was no ordinary fruit stand, AJ beamed, it was an apple stand. She wiggled with joy at the familiarity of it all. Dash frowned for a second at Applejack's reaction, but soon smiled and pointed at the girls then the boy.
"Girls, this is Andrew Johnson. AJ, the girls."
He smiled and shook each of their hands. He had spiky blond hair and freckles littered across his face. He was wearing a red plaid shirt with jeans. He looked extremely buff for a boy his age. But nonetheless he looked respectable. Applejack scrutinized him with a critical eye before nodding in approval. He looked like a good person to run a farm, even at Sweet Apple Acres. This caused a look of confusion from the rest of the Mane 6 and the two boys. A light suddenly went off in Dash's head.
"Okay, by the way, I just wanted to tell you that my last name is Ramone. Now that I think about it you guys haven't told me your names."
Twilight pointed at each of the girls as she spoke.
"That's Pinkamena Pie, but we just call her Pinkie, if you guys need help planning parties, ask her. That's Fluttershy, she has this way with animals nopo-" Twilight stopped midsentence. This was a human world, if she used the word "nopony", it may draw unwanted attention. She had heard some of the locals talking and thought she should try and use it in context. "I mean nobody else does. That's Rarity, the fashionista, the best seamstress you'll ever know. That's Rainbow Dash, she's the speedster, I bet she can outrun even the fastest horse. That's Applejack, also called AJ, she used to work on an apple farm before she came here and she is the best cowgirl around. I'm Twilight, the bookworm. I like to read a lot of books and study. I'm also the private prodigy of Princess Celes-"
Twilight slapped a hand over her mouth, she hadn't meant to say that. Now they would ask who Princess Celestia was and she wouldn't have an appropriate answer. Twilight bit her lip nervously in search of something to cover with but Dash just raised an eyebrow. She looked uncomfortable, so he wouldn't pry. They stood there for a moment, not doing anything. But one thought was going through Dash and AJ's mind.
Who's Princess Celes- It sounds familiar, could it? No, it couldn't.
These girls seem awfully out of it. They don't look that normal either. Maybe they're new in town. Ah sure hope Dex knows what he's doin'.
AJ slapped a hand to his friend's mouth. His eye was twitching and his mouth was twisted into a sarcastic smirk. He looked at Dash and started to speak to him as you might to a person of low intellect.
"First of all Dex, I 'ppreciate ya intraducin' me to the girls. But Ah've told ya time an' time again that my name's not AJ. Yer the only one that calls me that. Ya can call me Andy or somethin' but my name's not AJ. It makes me sound like a girl. So don't go callin' me AJ. Do Ah make myself clear?"
Dash nodded with Andrew's hand still slapped over his mouth. He was shaking slightly, but he soon regained his composure. He removed his friend's hand from his mouth and anger flashed through his eyes. He threw his face into Andrew's and glared at him. Andrew glared back at Dash as he started to speak.
"I get that you don't wanna be called AJ, but I'd appreciate it if you didn't call me Dex, or Dexter. I like Dash, it's suiting for me. Do I make myself clear?"
"They should call ya Crash. Ya may be the fastest on track team but ya need ta jump over the hurdles. Not wear 'em like a fancy belt. Ah'm gonna call ya by the name yer parents gave ya. Ya got that?"
Dexter scowled. It had been a while since his parents were brought up and he was in no mood now to talk about it.
"I hate my stupid parents. They shouldn't even qualify as parents. They left me. I don't need them. I don't need anything from them, not even my name."
Dex turned around and ran toward the outskirts of town. Andrew ran a hand over his face and returned to the apple stand. The girls stood with mouthes agape, a bit mortified at what had just happened. Andrew forced a smile at the girls and threw them each an apple. But Rainbow Dash dropped hers and tackled Andrew. She slapped Andrew across the face a few times before she got off him and pulled him off the ground. She glared at him with eyes narrowed to slits. She had gone through almost the same thing when she was younger, and she hated seeing anyone else like that.
"What's so bad about the name Dash! It's a great name! Did you see how fast he went? He ran right into us when we were coming into town! It felt like a freight train just hit us in the side! How is the name Dash so bad? Give me a straight forward answer!"
Andrew pushed himself away from Rainbow and opened his mouth to speak. But he closed it again. There wasn't anything bad about it. He had acted irrationaly, lately it was becoming harder to control his temper around Dexter and he had to admit it. Rainbow Dash opened her eyes again and sighed.
"I thought so."
With that she ran away from her friends and Andrew and headed in the direction that Dex was heading. Hopefully she could find him and comfort him. Maybe she could even get him to come back. Just maybe...

Dex sat on his rock. He had headed toward his quite place. A large glade, it was round in shape and about a mile wide. He had painted the grass to make it look like a track and practiced there everyday. He had even taken the time to chisel a makeshift bench out of a large rock. Now, he sat on his rock while staring blankly at the ground, he was completely oblivous to the world around him. He didn't even notice when a certain rainbow haired girl sat next to him. Rainbow Dash gazed around the glade and sighed, taking in the beauty. She looked toward Dex with pity and worry. She leaned over, grimaced and what she was about to do and hugged him. He yelped in surprise and jumped, she let go of the shocked boy as he toppled off the stone.
"Oh my gosh! Are you okay?"
Dex got back up to his feet and grunted. He sat back on the stone without a word. After a few silent minutes Dex mumbled something under his breath. Rainbow Dash cupped her ears, signaling him to say it louder.
"Why are you here?"
"To comfort you, I might barely know you but you took quite a beating there pal."
"I just kinda want to be alone right now."
"Look, Dash-"
"Call me Dex."
"Huh?"
"Everyone else does, you might as well."
"Okay. Dex, if it makes any difference I didn't even meet my parents. They just dropped me off at school and took off."
"I guess that's something we kinda have in common. But it still doesn't make me feel any better"
"Okay, but this might.'
"I told you that nothin-"
Rainbow Dash grabbed Dex by his face and turned him around. Dex couldn't believe what was happening. As soon as Rainbow Dash had him, their lips had locked. Dex pulled away, this girl he hardly knew had just kissed him. He opened and closed his mouth as he tried to make words come out. But the only thing he could manage was a strangled peep. Rainbow Dash laughed, the sound rang through the glade.
"That really shut you up. I kinda did think you were cute when I first saw you, even if you do eat meat. So, are you gonna finish the job or not?"
Dex still stood there with his mouth open. He gulped, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place. He wanted to, but would Rainbow Dash think any less of him? If he didn't move soon Rainbow, would probably do it again, he never thought that a girl should make the first move. Rainbow tapped her foot on the ground impatiently waiting for his answer. Dex smiled and hugged Rainbow Dash. She hugged him back, they shared this moment for a second. Dex smiled, he wanted this moment to last forever, but he knew that it could only get better from here on out. Dex leaned in on Rainbow, she closed her eyes and leaned ever closer to the boy. They could feel each others breath when they heard someone yell.
Dex and Rainbow released each other and turned around to the source of the voice. They saw five horrified girls and one very angry Andrew. He ran over and tackled Dex to the ground. They tumbled in the dirt while the six girls watched. Andrew took a swing at Dex's face but missed Dex got the upper hand as he used his strong legs to kick Andrew in the stomach. They exchanged blows as Rainbow Dash became more anxious. After a few minutes of this, she couldn't take it anymore.
"STOP!"
Everyone looked at the steaming Rainbow Dash. Her fists were clenched into tight balls, her teeth looked like they were glued to together and flames of fury danced inside her eyes. She pointed an accusing finger at Andrew and started to yell at him with a voice that could have matched the royal Canterlot voice.
"First of all, why are you here?! Did you follow me or something?! Why did you tackle him?! There was no reason to do that!"
Andrew picked himself off the ground and dusted himself off as best as he could. Seemingly unfazed by his bloody nose and the bruises covering his face. He took in a few deep breathes and cleared his throat before starting to answer Rainbow's questions.
"Ah came here 'cause I wanted ta 'pologize to Dex here for bein' so irrational. An' no, Ah didn' follow ya. Dex had shown me this here place a while before. An' I tackled him so he don't end up hurtin' ya like them other girls."
"What other girls?"
"Now, that's just like him, not tellin' ya nothin'."
"What? What didn't Dex tell me?"
"Andrew, don't do-"
"Dex, she has ta know. Let's see if she thinks so high of ya when she hears all 'bout it."
Dex hung his head but didn't object. He knew that it was for the best, but couldn't help feeling remorse at what he had done.
"Now listen here-"
"Wait!"
"What is it, do ya wanna know or not Rainbow?"
"I do, but, I want to hear it from Dex. No exagerations, or lies."
Dex had begun to crawl away before all attention was on him, he tried to run but Rainbow Dash overtook him and grabbed his arm. Her eyes were moist with tears, Dex's own eyes widened. He stopped in his tracks and opened his mouth to speak.
"Okay, fine. Let's just say that I was a "player". I couldn't settle for one girl. I used to live in a big city. I was the fastest runner, everyone thought I was amazing. I had tons of fans, most of them were girls. And I'd just take advantage of them. I'd take one, use it, and throw it away. I never found one person I truly loved. I never managed to. One day I would be with one girl, the next it would be another. I left a trail of heartbreak wherever I went. Soon, I was kicked out of the city by some of the guys that thought I was a no good bastard. Kind of like an unoffical exile. So I came here. I thought I could start over again, doing the exact same thing as I did before. But, then I met my friends. They helped pull me out of it. But still, I think a part of that Dexter is still here."
Rainbow Dash just stared with wide eyes. She had no response but knew what she had to do. She waved a dismissive hand at her friends. They nodded and grabbed Andrew by his arms and started to walk away, even though he yelled and kicked. Rainbow knelt by Dex and smiled. She shook him but his only reaction was to bite his lip so hard that it started to bleed. Rainbow frowned in annoyance and hit Dex on the head with a clenched fist. He stood up abruptly and clutched the top of his head.
"OW! Why!?"
"That brought you back down."
"I'm sorry, you should just leave. I'm trash, I shouldn't be your friend."
"Ugh, don't be so sappy!"
"But-"
"Listen here, I'm not mad. Just a bit angry, and really surprised. I'll forgive you-"
"Let me go! Ah said let me go! Ah have rights! Let me at that rainbow-haired bastard! I'm gonn-"
Twilight slapped a hand over Andrew's mouth. He screamed and yelled until eventually he calmed down and Twilight was able to remove her hand. She picked him up and started to shake him. Andrew had no reaction and seemed totally out of it. He was acting strangely out of character. AJ raised an eyebrow at him and sighed, this was getting too weird. So she did the only thing she could. She started to yell in his ear and slap him repeatedly.
"WAKE UP! YER STARTING TO CREEP ME OUT!"
Andrew jumped up with a yelp. Applejack slapped him one last time for good measure. He jumped in surprise and looked at her with eyebrows furrowed. Applejack smirked, the slapping always stopped the colts and stallions from looking at her flank. It apparently worked on humans too. Applejack slapped him across the face again, this time Andrew reacted and grabbed his face. He gave her a look that had "REALLY?" written all over it. She laughed and pulled him up off the ground. He rubbed his neck and sighed, was he acting like an idiot again? It happened if he was tired, or just plain pissed, or AFTER he was pissed. He started to walk away but Applejack grabbed his shoulder and turned him around.
"Ah understand that ya have a nice little farm. Ah was kinda wonderin' if Ah could stay there. Ah'm not much for frew-frewy mansions an' such. An' to help yer decision, Ah used ta work on a farm 'fore Ah came here. So, how 'bout it?"
Applejack threw her trademark stetson onto Andrew's head. Andrew gulped, what would his sister think of this? His older sister was quiet and didn't usually say anything but what would they think of him bringing a girl home that he hardly knew. He nodded his head quickly, he liked her a lot, so it wouldn't be that bad if she stayed. Applejack jumped up and mouthed a silent "YES". Andrew smiled, she was so cute when she was excited. Applejack excitedly ran over to her friends, as they engaged in an excited conversation, he snuck away. He tiptoed over to the glade where Dex and Rainbow still were. He watched as Rainbow Dash tried to comfort the distraught boy. Andrew couldn't get to close but he could catch a few snips of conversation.
"... forgive you-"
"Phew!...you..."
"Wait!...finish...sentence..."
The next part he heard clearly and startled Andrew so much that he toppled backwards right into a thorn bush. But he didn't care, the words rang through his head like a bell. He was sure it was fake, it couldn't be real. After that whole scene, Rainbow Dash wouldn't do that. It wasn't possible, but it was. It had just unfolded right in front of him, Rainbow had just done the impossible. He blinked his eyes, but the words wouldn't go away. They taunted him and danced in his mind, he shook his head but they stuck like glue.
Take me out on a date.
Andrew winced as he noticed that he was sitting in a thornbush. The small spikes had pierced his skin and clothes, small rivulets of blood trickled down his hands. Andrew got up and started to walk calmly toward the spot where he had left the girls. To his horror, they had discovered that he had dissapeared. They stared at him with accusing eyes. Even the one with the light pink hair that was usually drawn back and quite, Fluttershy was it? But she gave him a stare that made him feel smaller that a grain of sand. He gulped and tried to explain himself but no words would come out of his mouth. Applejack groaned and picked up the shocked boy. She shook him a few times to get him back down to Earth.
"So, are we gonna go to that farm o' yers or not?"
"Ah don' think that now is a good time. Ah need to ask ma Granny and my big sis. But if it's okay with them, then ya can come."
Andrew dashed off hurridly leaving behind a very confused group of girls and a stetson that fluttered onto the ground. Rarity picked it up, dusted it off and placed it on Applejack's head. It was now afternoon and they decided to go find Dex and Rainbow, it was time to head off.

In a few minutes they walked into the glade where they saw to blue blurs running around the track. The blue blur in front stopped, it was Rainbow Dash. The second blur toppled over next to her to reveal Dex. He was panting and gasping for air. Rainbow Dash laughed and fell onto the ground next to him.
"You're gonna have to be way faster than that to beat the awesome Rainbow Dash!"
"I *gasp* don't get *wheeze* it. How *cough* do *gasp* you run *wheeze* so *gasp* FAST!"
"Years of practice I guess."
The two laughed as good friends would. Unfortunately the moment was ruined as an overly excited Pinkie Pie came bounding into the scene. She rolled onto the the ground laughing. Dex and Rainbow jumped up in shock, their faces turned beet red as Pinkie started to speak.
"AW! Dat was soooo cute! Are you two in a relationship now? Well? ARE YA, ARE YA, ARE YA, ARE YA?!"
"Dammit Pinkie! It's not like that, well it's just that I might have asked Dex to..."
"What?"
"I might have asked Dex to take..."
"WHAT?"
"I might have asked Dex to take me..."
"WHAT?!"
"I'll speak for Rainbow Dash. I might have asked her out on a date."
"That didn't sound at all what-"
Dash dragged the girl to her feet and clapped his hands like he usually did. The other four girls were open mouthed at the announcement but decided to get over their initial shock. They listened as Dex spoke.
"The day is stil young, so, lets go and I'll show you my other friends, hopefully they won't be as difficult as ANDREW. As he wants to be called. He probably folded up his apple stand, so, lets go. Next stop, the library."
At the mention of a library, Twilight squealed with joy. Maybe she could find her Prince Charming there too, plus some knowledge of the world they were in. The knowledge is more important of course. At least that's what Twilight convinced herself of. Of course.
The girls, along with a very happy Dex, walked through town. They got many strange glances from people. Dex hadn't had this many girls following him before. The girls shrank from the curious gazes, but Twilight jumped happily. Everything seemed better, she was going to a library, there were going to be books, books and more books! She squealed inside at the pure joy of it. But as soon as they arrived, all her hopes were dashed aside. It wasn't much of a library as it was a small house. Her heart dropped to the bottom of her feet as they walked in, there were only two bookshelves in the whole "library". But she did see something that caught her eye. There was a little girl with long light green hair sitting on a bench reading a book. She was tossing candies in her mouth as her bright green eyes darted across the pages. Her purple dress with yellow front billowed out around her. She momentarily looked up from the book to see the girls but her eyes were centered on Dex. She sighed and tilted her head up and yelled.
"Tony! Some people are here to see you. Dexter came with them!"
The small group heard frantic footsteps coming down the stairs. Suddenly there was a loud crash. In the blink of an eye a boy came tumbling out of a staircase, trying to muster all the pride he had left, he got to his feet and brushed himself off. He had jet black hair that was cut just below his ears and (strangely) a natural purple stripe running down the length of his hair. He was wearing a purple sweater with purple sweat pants. Even in the middle of the summer he seemed unfazed by the heat. He smiled warmly at them, and his smile grew ever wider when he layed eyes on Twilight. He cleared his throat to speak.
"Welcome, everyone, to the town's prized library. Oh, and by the way, my name is Tony Seens"
All the girls looked around. There wasn't much to look at. Just two shelves lined with children's books. Twilight pouted, this was nothing compared to her library at home. Tony stole a glance at Twlight and blushed, but he cleared his throat and pretended that it never happened. Twlight giggled, it was always funny to see colts or stallions like this, but humans looked downright ridiculous. He scrutinized every person in the room, including the little girl. The little girl rolled her eyes, she grabbed Tony by his ear and started to yell.
"TONY! FOR THE LAST TIME! I DON'T CARRY MATCHES! NEITHER DOES DEXTER AND ALL THE OTHERS ARE NEW! PAY ATTENTION FOR ONCE YOU EMPTYHEADED NITWIT!"
Tony shook himself free and shook his head. He glared at the little girl, but she was too busy reading her book. He sighed, he couldn't do anything with her anymore. Now that she was at 11 years of age, she just refused to listen to him. He decided to put it aside and instead turned to the group and motioned for them to follow him while he walked toward the carpet in the middle of the floor.
"No need to yell Sandra. I know you guys think that this is it. Well, Dexter knows, but still. Anyway, this is the cover library. If a thief decides to steal something he wont have anywhere to go. The real library is down here."
Tony tore the carpet off the ground with great exageration. There was a small door inlaid into the wood. But the handle was missing, just a small ridge in the side of the door. Tony grappled at the ridge but it was too small for his hands, plus, he was still a bit dizzy from his tumble. Sandra groaned and got off her bench, she walked over to the door and grabbed the ridge. She raised it and glared at Tony, he glared back. But they soon saw the strangest sight they had ever seen, instead of a staircase like they had expected, there was just a huge slide. Pinkie squealed and jumped right in, Rainbow Dash shrugged. She grabbed Dex, who had started protesting, by the hand and plunged in with him. Twilight, eager to see the library, jumped in next. Applejack, who wasn't one to be left out, jumped in with a loud "WHOOWEE!". Fluttershy gulped nervously but decided that it may be fun, she carefully took one step and slipped in. Rarity was the only one who stayed back, the slide looked so dirty. She turned toward Tony with eyes narrowed.
"You don't think that a lady, such as me, will go down the dirt hole? Do you? I work as a seamstress, unless you have a whole section on sewing and dress designs, I'm not gonna set-"
"As a matter of fact, we do have a section on that, in fact, six of our hundred bookcases are taken up by-"
Tony never got to finsish his sentence however, as Rarity had just jumped in, excited at the prospect of so many books on the topic she loved so much. Tony laughed and looked over the slide, even he was a little reluctant to go in. But he didn't have much of a choice as Sandra came running up behind him, and pushed him in. He grapple at the air for a moment before scowling at Sandra and falling in. Sandra fell on the floor laughing, but it came to an abrupt stop when she saw Tony's hand grab her ankle. She tried to grab the edge of the slide, but the smooth wood slipped out of her grasp and she went tumbling into the darkness.

No one knew how but the slide had divided into six different sections. A person slid into it and ended up on a mattress on the other side. Pinkie was the first to find herself in the library. The book cases towered above her like skyscrapers, there were at least a hundred books on each shelve, and at least fifty shelves on each bookcase. Pinkie couldn't help but jump around. She was followed by Dash and Dex. Rainbow Dash gaped at the huge library while Dex was still in shock from the grabbing. Twilight came out of the slide next, she landed hard on her bum but the mattress took most of the blow. When she saw the library, she looked ready to blow into a thousand tiny Twilight pieces. She ran around the library hugging the bookcases and taking out all the books that caught her interest. Applejack landed square on her feet and whistled at the sight of all the bookcases. Fluttershy came out next, she looked up at the bookcases and whimpered. They made her feel so small, but she still let out a small "Oh my" when she saw all the books. Rarity came sliding in next. She dusted herself off and impatiently waited for the last person to come out, she was surprisingly unfazed by the sight of all the books. She stood for a second, until she heard a strange sound behind her, she screamed as Tony and Sandra came out in a tumbling heap and knocked her out of the way. The two flopped on the floor with a loud "OOF". Twilight ran over and lent a hand to Tony.
"Are you all right Tony?"
Tony looked up, he saw Twilight looking at him with a warm smile. His whole face felt like it was on fire and he jumped to his feet.
"I'm just fine, thank you uh... I'm sorry, I never got your name."
Twilight pointed to all her friends and herself accordingly. Tony was a little suspicious of the names but decided to put it aside. He pointed Rarity toward the sewing section but she rejected going there.
"I think that I might stay here for now, I can't sew today, after all. I'm not at my boutique any longer..."
Tony looked concerned as Rarity walked away, obviously very distraught. As Fluttershy rushed to try and cheer up her spa buddy, Rainbow Dash voiced all the girls' concerns.
The girls looked around and panicked. There were no stairs or contraptions that could raise them to the world on the surface. Dex tried to calm Rainbow Dash down and ensured her that there was a way out. Rarity flopped on a mattress and did her traditional panic, instead of using a couch, she used a rickety old mattress. Twilight was actually the only one who seemed oblivious, there were hundreds of books everywhere. She couldn't care less if they were trapped there. Sandra laughed at the scene, Tony kicked her lightly in the butt as a response.
"Guys, guys, girls. Please- calm down!"
Sandra watched him try to console the frightened girls, she took much relish in watching people fail at life. Why? She didn't know, she just knew that she did. Most of the time she tried to help, but when her temper was acting up, Sandra wouldn't move a finger. If her life-long dream of being a librarian was at stake however, she wouldn't give a second thought on how she could help. She just would. With the glares Tony was shooting her, Sandra decided that it would be best to help.
"QUIT IT YOU HALF-BRAINED IDIOTS!"
All the girls, excluding Twilight, stopped in their tracks. They were very insulted but listened to the small girl.
"First of all, stop being so worried. How do you think that Tony and I get up there? There's an exit. Second, you better prepare yourselves, anyone who has a weak stomach. Take a barf bag."
All the girls, this time including Twilight, stared at Sandra with questioning glances. She simply walked away toward a brightly lit part of the library. When they arrived, they saw a strange sight. Two metal walls, a bit far away from each other, were stuck into the ground. There were various metal doors placed into the sides. All the girls turned pale, this didn't seem very safe. Sandra waved a hand in front of their eyes and rolled her own.
"So, who wants to go first?"
Tony volunteered, after all he had ridden it many times before. He could show them how it's done.
"Okay. Girls, do exactly as I do and you won't die. Alright?"
The girls nodded nervously as Tony walked to a large silver circle on the floor. Sandra ran over to a small platform, there was a metal podium on it that housed. One. Red. Button. Sandra pressed the button lightly and watched as a tough plastic case rose from the circle and engulfed Tony. He stayed absolutely still, his eyes were closed and his arms were firmly pressed to his side. Suddenly a metal arm darted out of the wall and grabbed the case on a platinum band near its middle. The arm spasmed and sent the case upwards. after a few feet, another arm grabbed it and tossed it upwards. This happened at least ten more times befor the case was sent through a hole in the ceiling. There was a sound of air decompressing and a heavy thump. Soon the metal disk came plumetting down back into the hole. Sandra smiled, she motioned for another to come. Slowly, one by one, all the girls and Dex were thrown back upstairs. They all collapsed from exhaustion, although it was pretty fun. At Dex's word the girls filed out one by one. But Twilight stayed back, she walked over to Tony.
"Uh, hi Tony."
"Uh, um yeah, heh, uh- OW!"
Sandra jumped up and slapped him in the back of the head. He rubbed his head and blushed. The girl he kinda, sorta, maybe liked, was talking to him, and he was babbling like an idiot. Sandra dragged over a chair, stood on top of it and whispered in Tony's ear.
"Go get her casanova!"
"AGH!"
Tony made a sound like a choked animal and turned bright red. His face felt like it was smothered in molten lava. He gulped and tried again.
"Uh, yeah, hi Twilight. Is there anything you wanted from me?"
"Actually, yes, yes there was."
"Okay, what was it?"
"I shouldn't, so nevermind."
"Okay, if that's how you- OW! -I mean, come one, it can't be that bad."
"Okay, if you insist. Do you have an extra room?"
"Huh?"
"Well, I used to work in a library before, so, I was wondering if I could stay here. It looks like it has rooms. I also used to live in my library."
"Well, we do have a guest room, you could stay there."
"OH!~ THANK YOU THANK YOU!"
Twilight jumped up and down with joy. She ran off toward the door, as her friends were calling but before she ran out, she turned around and gave Tony a peck on the cheek. Twilight then rushed out the door, leaving the shocked eighteen year old standing in the middle of the room. His expression was blank and his mouth was twitched into an awkward smile. Sandra waved her hand in front of his eyes. No reaction. She pinched his face. Still no reaction. So Sandra decided to see what would happen if she poked him. She did so lightly and he went down like a sack of bricks. She laughed, he was such a stud. She dragged him over to the bench and threw him on it. She quickly cleaned up the floor and sat next to her friend. She resumed her book, and started to think.
Why does my mentor have to be such a smartass but such an idiot?
The small group stood outside of the library, Dex's stomach suddenly let out a growl and he rubbed the back of his head somewhat sheepishly. It had been awhile since they had all eaten. He pointed toward a small building that was shaped like a cake somewhat.
"Okay. I'm geussing everyone's hungry. We should go to The Sweet Tooth, it's the best bakery in town. Man, you should see what Paice can do with a cake. I just hope that Perezz isn't back while we're there though..."
Dex ran off towards the shop. The girls shot eachother questioning glances, but most went to Pinkie Pie. They had been finding their boy counterparts. So, this might be Pinkie's, Paice or Perezz could very well be like Pinkamena. They all gulped and followed Dex into the strangely shaped building. When they opened the door, a horrible scene unfolded. In the empty shop a boy that looked very much like Pinkamena dove at a man in a suit. His hair was flat and colored a dull pink, the boy's eyes flashed with different emotions, mostly anger with hints of insanity. He wore a pink t-shirt with pink shorts. He bared his teeth and started to yell at the man.
"Just okay! What do you mean JUST OKAY!? Mr and Mrs. Collson put their heart and soul into making that! You- you ignorant bastard! Go to hell, you damn rich man!"
The boy shook the dumbfounded man up and down. Dex grabbed the boy by the shoulders and tore him off his victim. He slapped the boy in the face repeatedly. All the while screaming words that almost seemed rehearsed.
"WHAT THE HELL PAICE!? NOT AGAIN! WAKE UP PAICE! GET OUT OF THERE! DON'T ACT LIKE THIS! PAICE! PAICE!"
The boy grabbed Dex's hand and twisted it until it made a dull pop. Dex cried out in pain but stood his ground. Dex looked the boy straight in the eyes. The boy smiled like a demon, he twisted Dex's hand further.
"I told you, it's not Paice. It's PEREZZ!"
Perezz grabbed Dex by his neck and threw him against the ground. Dex's head thumped against the wooden floor and he blacked out. Rainbow Dash rushed in to protect her friend, she wasn't going to allow some psychotic jerk hurt Dexter like this. She stepped in front his unconcious form and glared daggers at the pink-haired demon. Perrezz mearly laughed, he looked down, his hair casting a shadow across his face. He laughed again as he spoke.
"Awwww. Isn't that cute? You're getting your girlfriend to fight for you! You're even wimpier than I thought."
"Dex is ten times the man you'll ever be you psychotic bastard!!"
Perezz laughed and walked over to Rainbow, dodging her punches on the way. He grabbed her hair and pulled it, she yelped and tried to punch him in the stomach. Perezz giggled and grabbed the fist. He twisted it behind her back; he smiled as she whimpered. He grinned devilishly, he suddenly grabbed his head. It had begun to pound terribly as his other self was struggling to get free. Perezz let go of Rainbow and she took the chance to kick him right in between the legs. He let out a small squeak as he tumbled onto the floor.
All of a sudden, he started to change. His hair puffed up and took on a lighter color, his skin had even become a lighter color. He stumbled to his feet mumbling incoherently, Rainbow Dash landed a punch on the "new" boy. He fell backwards onto his butt. He grabbed his face and winced, blood was pouring out of his nose like a waterfall. He glared up at Rainbow Dash, she glared at him back.
"Well that's a fine 'How d'you do?'. My name's Paice Pelaijo. I'm geussing your name is Ms.Punch-Whoevers-In-Front-Of-Me!"
"Stop lying Perezz, what are you up to!?"
"Do I look like Perezz to you? I have poofy hair! Perezz has straight hair! What is your prob- OH MY GOD! DEX! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOU!?"
"Perezz happened you empty-headed nitwit!"
"OH NO! SOMEONE CALL A HOSPITAL! I THINK HE"S DEAD!"
"Stop overreacting Paice, I'm fine. I'm glad Perezz is gone though. He was really getting on my nerves."
"I'm sorry, I should try to keep more control on my actions. I'll go get you and your friends some cake, on the house! Wait a minute, who's the pink chick!? She's looks hotter than a freshly baked Caramal Apple Tart!"
Dex rolled his eyes and pushed Paice away as he winked at Pinkie Pie. She blushed and blew a kiss at him, Paice pretended to catch it and put it in his pocket. He looked about ready to keel over from joy. Dex rolled his eyes and face-palmed at the same time. He shoved Paice into the kitchen while he waited for the girls to take a seat. One thought kept rolling over in his mind as he took a chair and plopped down onto it with an exasperated sigh.
Paice fell flat on his face aas Dex pushed him right into the kitchen. He brushed himself off and headed toward the cupboards. Within minutes he had made the most delicious Mascarpone Tiramisu that anyone could haave ever tasted! He licked his lips just thinking about it. He put a good dollop of whipped cream on each one. Making sure to put a little more on Pinkie's, or as he reffered to as, "Her". Paice's heart fluttered out of his chest just thinking about it. He could deal with his friend's taunting later, all he knew was that it was love at first sight. Unfortuneately, his "unconventional love" managed to get him talking to himself.
"I'm going to make her like me! I swear it!"
Suddenly, he froze, as a certain boy's voice resounded inside his head.
"That pink girl? She's such a bitch. I'm gonna make sure she hates you..."
Evil and maniacal laughter rang through Paice's mind, he shook his head trying to clear his thoughts. The laughing died down as Perezz walked farther away into the deepest darkest corners of Paice's mind. Paice growled ferociously. Perezz had come up the first time when some school bullies had killed his pet bug, no matter how ridiculous it sounded, the bug had been somewhat special to him. It was a little caterpillar named Fuzzy, he still remembered it clearly.
~FLASHBACK~
It had been a bright sunny day, little Paice was playing in the courtyard of his school. Little Dex was sitting next to him watching with great interest. Paice had found a little caterpillar, it was so covered in small hairs, he had decided to name it Fuzzy. He let Fuzzy crawl around his fingers, it tickled as his little suction cup feet slowly wound around his small finger. Paice giggled, to him, this little caterpillar was one of his new best friends. All of a sudden, a voice came from behind.
"Hey! It's Pinkie and Crash! Whatcha doing!?
Paice turned around with Fuzzy still wrapped around his finger. The school bullies stood right behind him, Tyler Sanchez and Michael Yakovitch. They stood over him and Dex with proud smirks plastered on their faces. Dex glared at them and jumped in front of them even though they were a head taller then him.
"Why don't you bozzos go pick on someone your own size!?"
The two stared at each other and laughed, this pipsqueak was trying to stand up for him and his friend. Tyler picked Dex up by the colar of his shirt. Dex kicked in the air as he tried to pull free. Michael laughed as his friend threw Dex aside. Dex landed with a loud thump. He heard something snap and looked down to his arm and groaned. He checked to see that it was indeed, broken. Paice crawled backwards as he tried to get away. He tried to hide Fuzzy before the two could see, but it was already too late. Michael and Tyler tried to look behind his back, but Paice managed to get himself away from them. Michael soon lost his temper and grabbed Paice by his puffy hair and pulled him up. He grabbed Paice's wrist and pulled it forward, Tyler laughed and grabbed the liittle fuzzy caterpillar. Paice tryed to squirm out and yelled in protest, his hand shot out to try and grab his new friend. Tyler used his free hand to grab Paice's, he grabbed the caterpillar with his thumb and forefinger. He laughed and looked Paice in the eyes.
"This is what you were hiding? Man you're a geek, maybe this will make you feel better."
Tyler began to squeeze the caterpillar tighter and tighter. Paice watched in horror as the pressure became to much and the little green caterpillar popped. Yellow goo began to ooze from between Tyler's fingers, the caterpillar's limp corpse still in between his fingers. Paice could feel tears coming to his eyes as he saw his precious little fuzzy being thrown on the ground. Tyler wiped the remmaining goo on Paice's face as Michael dropped him on the ground.
"You're next buggy."
Tyler began to step on Paice's forehead, he added pressure to his foot. Paice started to bawl as Dex tried to muster enough strength to save his friend. Suddenly the crying stopped, Paice's normally puffy hair flattened and he turned "gray". He let a bone-chilling laugh escape his lips, Tyler tryed to remove his foot but Paice grabbed it. Laughing all the while. He threw Tyler on the ground and stepped on his chest. He moved down toward his ribs as Michael dove at him. He started to apply pressure to the foot on Tyler while using his other foot and hands to fight off Michael. Dex watched his friend with horror. In a few minutes, Paice stopped, Tyler had broken ribs and Michael had lost most teeth. Paice, was still laughing, he turned toward Dex and stopped. He grinned.
"Remember me. My name. Is. PEREZZ!"
Perezz's knees crumpled under him-
"PAICE! PAICE! HELLO! ARE YOU STILL IN THE KITCHEN!?"
~FLASH-FORWARD~
Paice was snapped back to reality as he heard Dex yelling at him from the main room. He looked at the time. HOLY MOLY! He had been in here for more than twenty minutes. Paice quickly grabbed the tiramisu and ran to his friend's table. He carefully placed the dessert in front of everyone but when he got to Pinkie, Perezz took over. His hair went flat and he smiled devilishly. He then smushed the cake on Pinkie Pie's face and pushed Paice back into command. Paice's hair puffed up as Perezz retreated. He gasped at Pinkie and begun to apologize but stopped dead in his tracks. Pinkie had cleaned her face with her tongue. He pumped his fist in the air and started to yell energetically.
"OMG! IThoughtIWasTheOnlyOneToo! But that still doesn't mean that I forgive you."
"Aw! But why! That wasn't me! That was Perezz! Great, there goes my chance to be with the hottest girl in the world! Right out the window!"
"It's okay, you still have a chance! I think you're really cute!"
"YES! So what did you wanna ask me?"
"I want to stay with you! I like cooking and sweets so, this place is gonna be awesome for me!"
"Sure! You can stay! I own this place! Mr and Mrs Collson are two of the chefs!"
"AWESOME!!!"
"SO IT"S A DATE?!"
"YES PAICE! YES!"
Dex and Rainbow Dash face-palmed so hard that it left a mark on their foreheads. Inside his head, Paice grinned and made rude gestures at Perezz. Perezz scowled but then smiled knowingly, he would have plenty of time to mess things up while she stayed at The Sweet Tooth.
After an uneventful time of talking, eating and Perezz popping up a few times, Dex and the girls had to leave. They waved good-bye to Paice and went near the center of town. Within a few minutes they had come up at Crescendo Boutique. They knocked on the door, and a male voice rang from inside in a very sing-song way. Much like someone they knew.
"Coming~"
The door opened with a light tinkle of bells, and standing before them was a boy. He was about Rarity's height and age, his hair was curled in almost the same style as Rarity's and was a certain purple color. He grimaced when he saw how dirty they were, except for Rarity, who always stayed in tip-top shape. When the boy laid eyes on her, his mouth fell open slightly and he stared with wide adoring eyes. Rarity waved a hand in front of the awestruck boy. He blinked his eyes and cleared his throat.
"I DO apologize. It is ungentlemanly of myself to stare. Please do come in. I will go get tea ready."
The boy slipped inside to show an amazing assortment of clothes. Many mannequins were adorned with different kinds of pants, vests, t-shirts, suits, tuxedos, socks, scarves, dress shoes and other dressing neccessities. Rarity looked around at all the different designs, she gasped at the wonderful patterns and sighed at the beautiful accessories. She couldn't take it anymore, this beautiful boutique was too much. So... she passed out and toppled onto the floor. When the boy came in with the tea he gasped, he put the tea hurridly on the table and rushed over to Rarity. He put his hand on her wrist to get her pulse and his head on her chest to check her heart beat. Then he realized where he had just put his head and blushed wildly.
"RONALDO! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!?"
Ronaldo turned around slowly to look at Dex, his friend looked about ready to catch fire. His violet eyes were almost red with anger and his teeth gritted together with a deafening noise. Ronaldo broke into a cold sweat, he stumbled backwards as he tried to escape his friend. At that point Rarity had woken up to the scene in front of her. She sighed and stepped in between them to start scolding.
"Boys, boys. Can you not behave like gentlemen? Dexter, I expected better from, you. Now, stop acting like children and tell me your friend's name please?"
"Ugh... My friend's name is Ronaldo Barchovi. Oh and I'm about to tear him to pieces, so, I'll be just a minute. RONALDO! I'M GONNA SKIN YOU ALIVE!"
"It was an accident! I swear it will not happen again!"
"OH, YOU BET IT WON'T! BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT GONNA LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO SEE THE SUN!"
"But I already saw the sun this morning! The sunrise was gorgeous, it inspired me to make a new piece... Hmm... Miss uh... I'm sorry, I never got your name my lady."
Rarity blushed, he was such a fine gentleman, even when he was on the verge of death by Dexter. She glared at Dex, his blazing inferno died down as he walked back to Rainbow Dash. Rainbow cocked an eyebrow at him, but smiled, it was pretty funny.
"My name is Rarity."
"And who are your lovely friends Miss Rarity?"
Rarity pointed to the Mane 6 in turn and recited their names. She smiled sheepishly and played with the ends of her hair nervously. Ronaldo felt his spirit fall to see such a beautiful woman in distress.
"Miss Rarity, if I may, it seems you are a bit. Nervous? What, praytell, is the matter?"
"Oh, it is nothing of importance Ronaldo. I will not trouble you with it."
The other's in the room watched intently. To the Mane 6, it was just to see what would happen next. To Dexter? It was better than pay-per-view. Ronaldo shook his head with determination.
"Absolutely not Miss Rarity. What kind of gentleman would I be if I gave no heed to a lady's discomfort?"
Rarity blushed at his statement and glared at her friends when she heard snickering coming from the group.
"Well, I was just going to ask if, you may just... Have an extra room? I used to own a boutique before my friends and I happened to stumble upon this lovely little town. I would love it if I could work at another."
"Of course. I do have an extra room. It is a little drab but I'm sure that you could suit it to your taste. Now, that this matter is taken care of, we can have our tea."
Rarity smiled happily. This was a nice little arrangement, she would work at a wonderful boutique, and perhaps find her perfect Prince Charming.
