Father used to always tell me that one of the keys to being a good ruler and an organized pony was to keep a journal. So, like a good little filly, I did exactly as he asked. Books upon books I filled up with random musings and other small tidbits of information that I didn't realize nopony would really care about.

At least until He came into my life. Suddenly, the journal I had never used too seriously took on a whole new meaning. It became my best friend, my confidante. Now, it is a way to remember the good times after so many bad.

My name is Cadenza, forever branded as the one who lost the Crystal Empire. This journal is both my warning, and my confession.

Fluttershy, confronted by eons of loneliness and isolation, was left alone with her memories of a world she had left behind countless years ago. The eternal life of a princess was never meant to be easy, but with the constant loss of all she cared about, pony and critter alike, she could not help but slowly waste away. That was, until she finally decided to consult her last friend with a most unsavory proposal.

Wynaut's a pretty relaxed Pokemon. He doesn't do much with his life other than make everyone confused with his speech. "Wynaut?" He always says to others. They always respond with, "Why not what?" and the conversation keeps getting more confusing as it continues. One day, Wynaut finds himself in Equestria. Will the residents of Ponyville be completely confused by the little blue Pokemon, or will Wynaut just end up making the whole world begin to crumble and explode?

Pinkie Pie writes a cookbook and she has Twilight help her test it out. The problem is, her recipes aren't exactly... conventional. (No, "Pony" is not the secret ingredient.)

Trixie returns to Ponyville to confess her love to Twilight Sparkle, and ask the mare out on a date. However, cold hooves get the best of her, and she realises that she must make a good entrance to impress her. And what better way than to show her amazing talents by wrapping up winter all on her own?

"That’s it! The Great and Powerful Trixie certainly is a genius! This is so great! Twilight Sparkle is sure to fall for Trixie!”

Life plays horrible tricks on ponies. Easel Inkwell was a lonely, shy filly. Her only friend was liked by everypony and was sure to go far in life. When he is unexpectedly removed from her life, Easel was changed in a way that threatened her entire way of life
Eight years later, she’s still struggling with the side effects. Time has passed though and whether she likes it or not, life is continuing to play its games.
Will she finally open up to another pony or will she remain cut off and watching life from the sidelines forever?

It's time for Ponyville's annual Storm Day, and once again Rainbow Dash needs to be on point. Except this time, she isn't. And one little mistake could cost her one of her best friends- and the unspoken feelings between them.

If this seems familiar to you, that's probably because it is. This was the first story I ever submitted to the site, but it's now being almost entirely revamped thanks to a collaborative effort between myself and the awesomely awesome DJ GarV the Expert.
