A long drought has created food shortages across all of Equestria. Applejack has a chance encounter with a dapper businesspony who wants to make a few changes to the Sweet Apple Acres business plan. In the ensuing changes, friendships are challenged, a family is transformed overnight, and the once-quiet orchard becomes an apex of employ. Will Applejack be able to weather this storm, or will she be swept up in the rush of wealth?

Scootaloo is a small pegasus with big dreams, one of those dreams is to be even more famous than her idol, Rainbow Dash. To get there, though, she needs to do a bit of growing, and first of all she needs to learn how to fly. A new invention from her friend Doctor Whooves may get her there in no time at all, literally before she knows it.

After awaking from the hospital, Applejack discovers that she can't even look at apples without nearly losing her lunch! The timing couldn't be any worse either, considering the large event the entire Apple Family is holding at Sweet Apple Acres in three days. Can Twilight help get Applejack over her issue before the event begins?

Update, May 11: Published the re-written chapter 2! Left certain parts out, put a few new parts in; it's more or less the same, but I'd like to think that I've ironed out the wrinkles enough to start up the final chapter!

In the middle of the Everfree forest, Soarin saves Spitfire from the brink of death after she was attacked by a Manticore. However, their horrifying ordeal is far from over when they realize that they have no clue how to find their way out of the forest. How they find a way to survive in such a hostile environment, while being injured and lost?
