Shocking archeaologic finds throughout the world would turn Equestria upside down. Before Celestia, Nightmare Moon, before all of it, there was a great empire that was far beyond Equestria's own. And it left a massive legacy that would passed down as myths and legends, and the truth would only be rediscovered three thousand years later. It would prove strange habits, names of cities, languages, technology, engineering, everything Equestrian, unoriginal. But the ruling class of Equestria has banned any further research on the thousands of sites that could be traced to the myths. Only the truly daring and adventurous would dare break the law to find out if those ancient legends and creatures, in a time before ponies, were true. And Lyra Heartstrings believes in the ancients' existence, and embarks on a journey to prove it.

Canceled, I didn't like how I made it turn out and, if you can follow me here, my views of FiM changed and don't fit in with the story.
Plus, it's flat out hard to write a full fledged fanfiction when you are a struggling AP student.

A bizarre incident involving an exploding pig at the Carousel Boutique leaves Rarity in shock and unable to work. Twilight keeps her nice and comfy at the library, but Rarity still has duties to fulfill. Somepony will have to take her place for a few days. Shenanigans ensue.

Good morrow, fellow FIM fictionwriters! This be my first pony-oriented fiction, so I sincerely hope you enjoy it. :D I've been a fan of FIM since July 2011, and I love a good bit of creative writing (and reading :P) - but only recently did I think that I needed to write a little something about our favorite pint-sized equines. Cheers to my brother for helping out with the ideas process, and proofreading it. He's got a fic of his own in the works, so look out for that one soonish, I guess. :P

After many failed attempts to defeat his mortal nemesis the Pharaoh(AKA Yugi Moto) Marik along with his (reluctant) partner in crime Bakura, sneak into KaibaCorp Headquarters in order to use a machine previously used during the virtual world episode in season one. However, thanks to the unexpected appearance of Jack Slenderman, Marik and Bakura, to his utter dislike, find themselves in the world of Equestria. Now the two ga- da I mean partners in crime must work (somehow) with the mane 6 on getting back to their world, along the way face a great evil the mane 6 thought they had defeated.

This one is a story that I've wanted to do ever since I saw the episode "Cutie Mark Chronicles." Than I saw that I wasn't the only one with the idea. But, I decided to do this one anyway.

Everyone knows that Rainbow Dash was the reason the mane six got their cutie marks. Or is it? When Rainbow decides against a race against Fluttershy's bullies, everything you thought you knew about Equestria is thrown out the window.
