Dash loves her son Clay and a has become a respectable mother. But what were things like before she accepted her responsibilities as a parent? How did she react to raising a foal on her own? How did she come to be called mommy?

This is a in between story of Dash raising Clay in Wings for a pony, taking place after chapter 2 and before chapter 3. Read Wings for a pony first before reading this story for full comprehension.

Rainbow Dash begins looking for romance, seeking advice from all of her friends, But Applejack's a little on edge, and nopony seems convinced that Rainbow knows what she's doing. Will this end in heartbreak or a happy ending? And will Princess Celestia ever get to banish somepony to the moon?

Applejack discovers that Winona is ill, and neither Fluttershy nor Zecora have the medicine she needs. However, the flower the medicine is derived from, known as the silver crown, can be found deep in the heart of the Everfree Forest. While Fluttershy stays behind to take car of Winona, Applejack sets off to find the silver crown, accompanied and aided by Zecora, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash. But along the way, they'll find themselves facing a wide variety of obstacles and entities, including dangerous terrain, carnivorous wildlife, and several other surprises. Will they experience the adventure of a lifetime? Or will this quest turn into a living nightmare?

Rainbow Dash's world is about to be flipped upside down.

Not in a literal sense, of course, but metaphorically speaking. You see, a curious letter from the Princess has been presented to her at an ordinary, run of the mill picnic, leading the poor mare on a wild goose chase across Equestria. Who is the one responsible for it? What does the Princess want with her?

Just what kind of burden rests on her hooves?

It's time for you to understand, Rainbow. Friends, enemies, strangers, they're all the same once you get to know them. Keep an eye on your shadow, Rainbow Dash. It's imperative that it stands by your side.

Twilight is approached by Applejack with a strange request - to join her that night for a run, but all is not as it seems. Why is Applejack so nervous? What could this be about?

Shining Armor is one month away from being deployed into The Royal Canterlot Guard. But is he truly up to the task?

Rainbow finds herself in love with another mare, but is unable to confess her feelings. When, prodded on by a certain impetuous pink pony, she reveals them accidentally, she's sure she's lost both friendship and love. Circumstances conspire to keep the two going, until ... well, I guess we'll just have to find out!

Yup, it's another Appledash shipping. 'cuz Appledash shippings are the best. Clop-free, gore-free (yes, I have both a clopfic and a gorefic in my story list as well).

As an added quirk to keep things interesting, every chapter will start with this trite, hackneyed phrase: "She was lost again. Lost in those deep, green eyes." As is true with everyone, I've stolen lots of ideas from here and there and hopefully formed them, along with the stray original thought or two, into a story as I'd like to tell it.

Rainbow Dash and Applejack have been married for four years, they adopted a foal, a red pegasus named Reddawn, and settled down on the farm. However, all is not well. Rainbow Dash's demanding career as a Wonderbolt is threatening to tear the family asunder. Will Rainbow Dash choose to continue her career as a Wonderbolt, or choose to give up her career to stay in Ponyville with her family?
