Shocking archeaologic finds throughout the world would turn Equestria upside down. Before Celestia, Nightmare Moon, before all of it, there was a great empire that was far beyond Equestria's own. Canceled, I didn't like how I made it turn out and, if you can follow me here, my views of FiM changed and don't fit in with the story.

Twilight has been losing sleep over a terrible dream; her friends come to her aide, or do they?

This was a short one shot I wrote almost on a whim as I was in school. I'm currently working on typing up a beast of a story but I don't want to start that one until finals are over, so here's this little tale to keep my brain fresh until then, enjoy!

Little is known about the creature cast in stone. On the night of an eclipse, an unknown horror is released into the Everfree forest, seeking out the blood of a particular purple pony.

Armed with a mysterious black book and with the help of her friends, Twilight is forced into a terrifying adventure of uncovering secrets and finding a way out of her nightmare. But the problem is that nopony knows what a Draconequus really is.
