Flurry Heart, now going by Midnight Winter, is a brooding mare in the midst of her teenage years. Her parents don't understand her, and that's all that matters in her world.

My first attempt at writing a comedic(ish) story! Do be gentle haha. This is an entry into the Shining Armor is a Terrible Dad Competition! I don’t think there’s a worse thing a dad can do than cheerfully ignore the apocalypse, do you?

Flurry Heart has grown old enough to begin attending school. However, she may have been spending a little too much time around her father, Shining Armor. She's been acting...different than the other foals during playtime. During a parent-teacher conference, Shining is informed of her behaviors.

With Pinkie Pie's birthday coming up, her friends find themselves facing a bit of a dilemma about how to celebrate it. Fortunately, Cheese Sandwich just so happens to come back to town, and he's more than willing to take over the party planning.

Pinkie is quite thrilled to know her party pal is back in town, but soon she can't help but notice that Cheese seems to be acting rather strange around her.

Will Pinkie be able to figure out why Cheese seems to be acting so odd? And what's the real reason behind Cheese's return to Ponyville?

Set a few years into the future, this story focuses on the adventures of the older Cake Twins. Much like Friendship is Magic itself this story has no true conclusion, and is always ongoing so long as I have the ideas for it.

Six year old Pound and Pumpkin have grown up a little from the babies they used to be, but there is still much to learn about maturity, working together, and friendship. Working together they protect and love each other, and some days they can't stand each other and get into horrible fights. At the end of the day they always come back together, hating being away from their other half.

Pound is very impulsive, acting without thinking, and talking tough even when he can't back it up. He has no hesitation at attacking others for picking on his sister, insisting that's a privilege only he can enjoy. The unofficial leader, he's usually the one to think of idea's, and also the first to sulk or get depressed when things don't go his way.

Pumpkin is the more rational one, the voice of reason. However, she's still apt to go along with Pound's ideas simply because its better than being alone, and she doesn't want him to get hurt if she's not around.

Together they can overcome anything that comes their way.

It's a beautiful day outside, and the Cake Twins are bored with a capital B-O-R-E-D!! So while they try and think of something to do, they start to wonder...

Just how did their Auntie Pinkie Pie end up living with Mom and Dad?

Cheese Sandwich decides to pay another visit to Ponyvillle to see his special somepony: Pinkie Pie. And when he does, Pinkie Pie couldn't be happier to see him again.

Before long, Cheese meets the Cake Twins Pound and Pumpkin. Then, unexpectedly, he's pressed into duty as a foalsitter when Pinkie Pie is suddenly called away.

Is Cheese up to the task of foalsitting two troublesome toddlers? Or will the twins drive him crazier than crazy?
