As other ponies prepare to deal with a dragon threatening Ponyville, two mares on a bench continue their discussion about their lives, a discussion that takes a weird turn.

Twilight is beyond the title protege. Prodigies are merely brilliant. Twilight has surpassed most of the greatest mages in history before the age of thirty. Twilight's research has changed the landscape itself. She is a living legend who some whisper may be the greatest user of magic to ever exist... perhaps even an equal one day to the semi-divine princesses.

But Twilight's knowledge is not infinite. She has one final lesson to learn. Twilight must learn the Final Law of Magic.

Fancy Pants is Canterlot's number one citizen, but no one is exactly sure why - not that it matters, the elite only care about the 'who'. Most ponies are oblivious to the true nature of Fancy Pants' station - Luna's top covert agent, an unsung hero of his nation. This is the story of Fancy Pants, On Their Majesty's Secret Service, following the events of "Sweet and Elite".

Is she Nightmare Moon reborn or is she simply a doppelganger with a soul and mind of her own? Can Twilight Sparkle protect Nyx from those who refuse to see past her dragon eyes and black coat?

Or, will Nyx be forced to inherit the sins that may not even be hers and become the greatest evil Equestria has ever known?

A pegasus woke in the woods. He was lost, injured, and had only the vaguest of dreams for memories; nightmares of a Canterlot engulfed in shadow and flame, of an invading swarm lead by one great and terrible dark figure. As he begins a new life, the dreams continue to taunt him. Will he ever find out who he was? And if he does, can he -- and his newfound friends -- accept what he finds?

A lovestruck knight in Equestria's early days, unconvinced of his own worthiness, decides that he must prove himself to the mare he loves. With Princess Cadence as his guide, he is put on a quest by the Crown to go forth and right wrongs and ease sorrows associated with latent Chaos, all while learning of the Elements of Harmony from the ponies' companion races.

The entire piece is written in iambic pentameter, with the exception of a few English sonnets, which are italicized.

After much work, a brilliant mage in a once magnificent but now corrupt city of magic believes he has found a way to save it in a new, powerful form of magic. To seek it out, he will have to cross the Veil and explore a strange new land inhabited by creatures the likes of which he has never seen before. Fortunately, they are quite friendly, and more than willing to share with him the most powerful magic they know of.

What if there was another side to Rarity's cutie mark story? One that featured a special pony who inspired her to become who she is today? This is the story of their bond, their love, their last days together.

The friendship between Clover the Clever, Smart Cookie, and Private Pansy led to the founding of Equestria. But what can they do in the face of a new and chaotic menace who calls himself Discord?

Two events from December 2011 led directly to this story: the revelation in "Hearth's Warming Eve" that the princesses were nowhere in sight when Equestria was founded, and the announcement of the existence of Cadance, the third Princess. Unfortunately, at the time, I was in the middle of several non-Pony related projects, but I wanted to get the idea written up before the Cadance episode aired and made canon-fodder out of the whole thing. So I carved ten days out of my schedule in the middle of January 2012 and wrote it up in two parts. It made Equestria Daily, but I've always felt it needed one more run through the word processor.

So I'm suspending my usual "write it, submit it, move on to the next" rule and giving the story another spin. I'm also, after a year and a half, giving it a sequel: "Calling You."

This is based on the comedy sketch by Doug Walker (AKA The Nostalgia Critic) "Kyle Hebert is an Asshole", except instead of the narrator of Dragonball Z, Doug is stalked and annoyed by everyone's favorite pink equine.

This is meant to be a random parody fic. Speaking of which, read the announcement I have at the end of this fic about my future fics.
