Normally, Nurse Redheart loves helping ponies with their health issues. With the walk-in clinic providing a calmer way to assist those in need, the occasional shift there instead of Ponyville General's main building is usually a relaxing, refreshing experience. At least, when she doesn't have to deal with patients that have rather... peculiar ailments, such as her next visitor, Trixie Lulamoon. Or, as Redheart has grown to call her, "Death on Four Hooves."

Hopefully she'll be able to get ahead of the situation.

What happens to ponies when they die? Do they go to a good place? A bad one? Somewhere in between? Twilight hasn't been sure, but now that she's here... Well, she frankly still isn't sure.

Twilight Sparkle assigns Starlight Glimmer the task of 'Mapping out the castle'. Starlight thinks that this is a ludicrous idea, I mean, who needs a map for a building?

As it turns out, Starlight Glimmer did.

In a game of truth or dare, sometimes truth can be more interesting...and disturbing. Such is the case when Trixie is asked why she refers to herself in the third person and casually explains how little regard she has for ethics.

Contains rather gross comedy as well as dark, copious cider consumption, and clones.

Applejack knew that Apple Bloom was growing up, and she knew that one day it would be her job to tell her about where baby ponies come from, why she suddenly has weird feelings for colts (or fillies, maybe), and what happens to mares every summer that brings the previous two facts full circle. She just didn't think that time would be now. And she also didn't think she'd have to tell her sister's two best friends about it at the same time.

In hindsight, Rarity probably wasn't the best pony to run to for help.
