Rainbow Dash is failing school, so she has to take an after school class to make up for her grades. She was expecting something boring like math or science, but instead is put in an art class. The teacher is a bit odd, but he seems like a cool guy, even if he does seem to break the laws of physics a few times.

Princess Twilight Sparkle wants Equestria to join the rest of the world and finally switch from measuring in hooves, pounds, and gallons to meters, kilograms, and liters. But not everypony is happy about her proposed change.
