At her lowest point, Fluttershy meets the most wonderful stallion, who helps her out. They eventually fall in love, get married, and have a foal. All they want is a life of quiet domesticity. Of course, given that they live in Ponyville, that probably won't happen.

My first try at MLP fanfic, but not fanfic in general. Be as harsh as you want.

One year ago, Pinkie Pie made a terrible discovery about Ponyville's Hospital. In its basement, anypony who was deemed 'mentally unwell' by the staff were locked up, beaten, and basically ensured to never see the outside world again. And for knowing too much, Pinkie soon joined these patients. However, thanks to the efforts of her friends and an enigmatic brown Earth pony, she and the other victims of the "Mentally Unstable Wing" were released to rejoin society.

Now, Princess Celestia has offered Pinkie an opportunity to further help this medical field. Massive reforms had gone through the mental health profession following the discovery of these heinous actions in peaceful Ponyville, and Celestia wants Pinkie, as one of the survivors who are still a) available and b) mentally suitable/unscarred enough for the job. A new asylum has opened in Canterlot, hoping to cure the surprisingly many ponies whose mental issues are too great for normal psychiatry to fix, and Celestia wants Pinkie to go through and review the place to ensure that what happened to her and her new friends doesn't happen here.

At first, all seems satisfactory. But then she takes a step into the part of the building where they kept the... dangerous patients. Not dangerous to themselves... dangerous to others. There, she meets a strange stallion. The guards call him "The Canterlot Ripper". The doctors call him "Soup Kitchen". He... he calls himself Straight Razor. And he has a second opinion on how things are run around here.

Made as a sequel to an interesting fic called The Mentally Unstable Wing of Ponyville Hospital by TwistedSkittles.

Fancy Pants had a perfect life: a burgeoning business, a lovely marefriend, and even a few ponies he could call a friend. All that changed the day he met Rarity. That day, his life started to crumble as his love for Rarity grew.

But when Rarity becomes unavailable, what will he do? To what lengths will Fancy Pants go in order to make Rarity his? And what part does Sweetie Belle play in all this?

Mere weeks from giving birth, Rarity invites Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy to stay with her while her husband is away on business. In the months since they last saw each other, Rainbow had only grown more bitter over Rarity's sudden leave from Ponyville. A few misplaced words were all it took for everything to fall apart at the worst possible moment, and nopony was quite prepared for what happened next.

** Set almost three years after Twilight's disappearance in A Decade Lost (or, just over seven years before Twilight's reappearance). Reading A Decade Lost beforehand is not necessary, but should clear up any questions you have.

I am one of the most powerful stallions in Canterlot. I have everyone anypony could ask for--wealth, a loving wife, a high place in society, and a thousand ponies who worship my every word.

But I've never had a moment to live simply.

And I hope Rarity could accomplish that.

On the night before Nightmare Night, Pinkie's week long visit to her sisters, Inkie and Blinkie, outside of Nowhere, Equestria is nearing a close. With their parents out of town, they have the farmhouse all to themselves, and Pinkie is ready for an epic farewell party. Yet at this time every year, spooky things tend to happen in Nowhere... when the fog rolls high in the eventide.

And is this the only reason Pinkie's sisters wish her to leave early?

~Meant to be spooky, not gross and gore-filled. No, you don't need to know anything about Courage the Cowardly Dog to enjoy this. Come yonder! Any 'crossover' characters are ponified - as in - having existed in Equestria since birth.

One-Shotober Story #3 10/3/2013

A lost princess, blessed with a magic mane that glows when she sings.

A daring thief who seems to care only for his own gain.

A sorceress who attempts to keep the young princess in a tower to hold onto her gift of eternal youth.

And an adventure which promises to change their lives forever.

On an average day in Ponyville, Fluttershy receives a visit from Prince Blueblood, who seeks a relationship with the kind mare. Fluttershy agrees, and likewise attempts to aid the young stallion with his problems involving romance. But, as time moves on, she realizes that change may not have been his intention after all. And his true nature is revealed. Will Flutterhy's friends be able to change things in time, or will Fluttershy forever be entrapped by the way he lies?
