By the way, are there any places on here that would accept me promoting this reading? I suspect the "FimFiction YouTubers" group might, since they take general videos, but I don't know if places like the "Dark" group or "Every Other Group Combined" would accept non-pony content promotions.
Don't expect too many more of these this summer, though. I'm currently studying for FM and have taken off from the VA in order to do so. Progress has been slow.

A guy running a Facebook group for Lovecraft audio readings found my video and featured it there. Although the likes from Facebook didn't translate to likes on the video, it did pretty well there, and the administrator of that page and invited me to post future Lovecraft readings there.

In other news, though, studying for FM is coming along better than I had expected.

Just checked my analytics. Apparently, a people have been sharing a couple of my videos places, although I don't know where, and they're not the videos I'd expect. My subscriber count also seems to be bobbing day-to-day from people subscribing and unsubscribing, and I'm not sure what that's about.
Oddly enough, this has been probably the worst four-week span for dislikes on my videos since the start of my channel. From my analytics, people are actually unliking some of my videos and instead disliking them. I think I mentioned in a blog earlier this month about that, but the practice has continued. My natural instincts, as I disclosed then, are to dismiss them as someone using the "Liked videos" playlist as a "watch later" playlist, where they unlike the videos once they've watched them, but the problem is that at least two people have done this to at least two or three of my videos in the past 28 days, so either I'm dealing with lazy birds of a feather, or I may have some silent detractors trying to undermine my ratings.
Still, without doing anything, I believe in a couple of weeks my "Average view duration" has jumped from about 7:22 to 9:06, which means audience captivation seems to be up, which is definitely good for my videos since they tend to be longer.
My Lovecraft reading also was visited by two spammers shortly after I uploaded it. I find that confirms my significance, since obviously they think they can reach people by commenting on my videos. I tacitly dismissed them as spam, so you won't see them. (One offered me a suspicious link to her Instagram, telling me to follow her there. The other told me my video "was dope" but he didn't give it a like and instead told me if I wanted to get free music for my videos to check out his channel, which was obviously a music-ripping channel filled with music listicles.)
One thing worthy of note is that my Big Pinkie Pie Warms You Up video has awful view duration statistics, but it has a surprisingly high like-to-dislike ratio.
I guess I'm a better shitposter than I thought.
On another note, my subscriptions don't often stem from individual videos; however, someone subscribed to me in the wake of watching My Final Confession, which is encouraging. People who watch that video don't seem to detest it, which, to me, signals that it's reaching the right people.
