This story is a sequel to To Linger In A Place Where You Don't Belong (fade)

“You are at the Gates,” I repeated. “Or, you would be. Your body is elsewhere, but you are here. And here is nowhere. Here is where you remembered yourself last being. It’s a test you cannot fail, but one you will never pass.”

Blue wings justled at her side. My clouds mimicked her. “Am I dead?”

“Do you remember dying?”

Started as a Quills and Sofas Speedwriting Panic entry, expanded to this!

Cover: made by an ai
Thank you to the ever amazing Sunlight Rays for prereading!

Content warning for: derealization, implied suicide, death, blood, mild body horror

Applejack finally gets time to herself while her family’s gone on a trip. However, instead of taking the time to relax on her own, she decides to invite Twilight over. After a long time of not seeing each other, they both regret not having spent more time together in the past, and do their best to remedy that.

Narcotics tag is for casual drinking. No inebriation.

Cover art made by an AI, edited by me just a bit to make two blobs that were there look like Twi and AJ hehe.

Rarity has a lot of different mannerisms. But kissing someone on the cheek? Sunset had only seen her do it a few times, and never to her. She could have written it off as a friendly gesture if her magic hadn’t flared up and caused her to see the truth behind Rarity’s actions.

Now... what the hell is Sunset feeling?

Starting over isn’t easy. Trixie knows that way too well. After wandering into barren plains full of rocks, she wonders meets somepony who could do with some magic in her life, and finds herself needing some rock solid support.

Entry for Bike’s StarTrixMaud contest featuring Mauxie :)

Miserably, Wallflower sighed. She was beyond the point of feeling sorry for herself. She just wished someone would.

Sunny would.

Yes, Sunset would. Wallflower knew that, but did it matter? Sunset didn’t even know of her existence until Wallflower tried to erase hers. Would it matter once Wallflower was gone? Everything would just go back to normal, and Sunset could go back to her better friends as if nothing had ever happened.

Because that’s all Wallflower was. Nothing.

CONTENT WARNING: This fic talks heavily about suicide. Please seek help if you’re thinking of harming yourself. You are loved, you matter.

Rainbow Dash lives through a repetitive nightmare. She just wants it all to stop.

Written for a Quills and Sofas Speedwriting panic where we were given a list of randomly generated drawing prompts to pick from and write with. I won’t list the ones I used because I ended up using multiple. Very few minor changes were made to this story.

CW for: blood, derealization, implied death, implied suicide

Well, there's gotta be somethin' to say right? Somethin' interesting? I dunno. I'll do my best. But these are all the moments I remember from when me and your Mom were first gettin' together. And everythin' else after that. Maybe even some stuff I can't really remember.

Anyway, this is how I met yer mother.

A collection of vignettes from various moments throughout Applejack and Rainbow Dash's lives.

Originally, this started as a panic speedwrite in Quills and Sofas. The prompt was "meeting" but thanks to Lofty Withers I am now making this into a collection of moments throughout their lives, either together, not together or whatever else it may be.

Tags will be updated as the story progresses. It's rated T because I know there will eventually be some jokes and stuff that will warrant the T.

This story is a sequel to No Room In This Hell

I've seen it happen before. Ponies get bit and come nighttime, they turn.

I dunno if they're even really alive at that point, but I know they're strong as an angry bull. It's like they don't care about anypony else anymore, not even themselves. They bite. They've got these fangs and they bite like a rabid dog.

I turn to look at Rainbow. They got her, too. But we were quick. We got rid of the wing they got 'er at. I think… I think that'll help.

Originally written for Quills and Sofas Speedwriting’s Lyrical Contest, where we had 24 hours to write a story based on a lyric or lyrics of a song of our choosing. Thanks to everyone who preread (I swear I’ll list y’all later).

"Do you ever feel like you were born… wrong?"

"Huh?"

"I mean… I dunno, sometimes I feel like I was meant to be a pegasus. Like you."

Rainbow often wondered what it’d be like to be a pegasus. Too bad she wasn’t born one. A mare can dream, though. Sometimes that’s all she can do.

Thank you to Sir Fiddler for prereading this :)

This is technically a prequel to Lies We Tell Ourselves, but can be read without reading it. It's recommended you do, though.

After Rainbow Dash gets in trouble, Fluttershy and Sunset go to find out why. They discover that there are some people worth fighting for. Literally.
