It was long ago, longer than he should have survived. The dark goddess came from the beyond, and she burned his world. She took everything from him. He will not return the favor, as killing those who had no involvement would dishonor the dead he fought for. But the dark goddess, there would be nowhere she could run.

Leaving this as is till I can finish another story, but I couldn't keep this to myself, not after this awesome bit of headcanon slapped me in the face.

As the elements were unleashed, the Nightmare knew it was over. But it would not let it's fun end. No, it would not be left behind. It would find another world to bring to ruin. As for the poor sap that was left in It's place? He was going to get blasted, what did it matter what he ended up getting from It?

Nearly a century ago, he found himself in a world he recognized, one he dove into with an enthusiasm only an RPG lover could manage. But it wasn't everything he'd hoped, it wasn't a paradise. It was a prison. Now, after a desperate attempt to flee that empty world, he finds himself lost once again. Only now, he can feel the wind and the snow. He can feel hunger gnawing at his stomach. He feels the burn of every step he pushes his body to take.

Twilight went to take her entrance exam for Celestia's school for gifted unicorns, and she had a surge. But when the Princess of the sun shows up, all Twilight can think of is getting away. The look of concern for those she transformed was too much. In a flash of light, the little filly disappears with one thought on her mind.

There are patterns in all things, even if we don't look for them. After spending a few years in Ponyville, Max has gotten pretty good at spotting them, so he invites a friend of his to watch the fireworks.

Not so much a sequel as a story set at a later date in the same timeline. Inspired by Joe Diffie's song, Third Rock from the Sun. And yes, Max is my "I have an idea, but no real story premise at the moment" changeling character.

The bureaus are ash, scattered to the winds. The Tyrant has fallen, and those who she enslaved, free. Those who followed willingly face justice, be it that of their fellow sapients, or that of the grave. But for one man, the trials are not over yet. He will find a wonderful, terrifying world, full of creatures that once sought the end of his kind. But something is not right. There is something about this place, something wrong. He'll survive though. Because a man without hope is nothing but a shell waiting to die.

First attempt at an extended adventure. Hope it appeals to you. A warning though.

2: There won't be much in the way of super-humans wandering the world. Those may come later, depending on which direction the story goes. The MC will mostly be exploring undercover. That being said, he still has his augments.

Still stuck in his agreement to aid twilight with her changeling research, Max stops by the library for his weekly interrogation. Unfortunately, Twilights not the only one asking the questions today.
First time posting something that rides the line, so rated T for now. If it bothers people, I'll bump it up, though I don't think I'll need to. I'd say take the story with a grain of salt, but I don't condone underage intoxication.

So I'm still keeping super powers a one-shot. However, I want to write this out now, possibly to be added to "the one who fell through the world" or as a compilation of side-stories at a later time. However, it's my story and I want to write it NOW! Seriously, it's sitting right next to me, on my notebook. I need to move it.

When humanity is on the brink of destruction, they shine brightest. When men have nothing left to lose, they put everything on the line. When the children of Adam have everything taken from them, they return the favor. With interest.

I've read a few TCB fics with humans winning, but I don't think I've seen it done this way. Enjoy the ride. First serious fic, will still have a few jokes though. I can't take anything too seriously. Hope you like it.

Twilight and her friends made the journey, they found the magic maguffins that would save the world. All that was left was the defeat of the big bad, Nightmare Moon. They had this in the bag. There was no way this could possibly go wrong. Not in a million years.

One-shot.

So this idea hit me about two weeks ago. I don't remember who linked it, but there it was. A clip of Yugioh abridged, ending with the Yugi yelling "ALL THE HOMO!" It stuck with me. I became obsessed with finding a way to use this overplayed joke in this beautifully pure world.

The more I played with it, the more I realized that the best one to utilize this joke would be, of course, a changeling.
