2168214 I considered that, especially since I have run into a lot of stories that I wished had more parts to them, lol.
But I decided to put out at least a couple one-shots before I write a novel. I've run into just a few too many awesome book length stories with not nearly enough views, so getting some experience and followers first wasn't a bad idea. Also, every journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. I need to get the momentum picking up before I try something crazy.

I never came across any Pinkie/Gummy fics, so I decided to give it a go. Lol, I now know why. 
FINALLY got around to reading your story: it's been sitting in my notifications folder for a while now.
I like how you gave voice to the pets, especially Tank and Angel. I also enjoy the fact that you made Tank quite wise despite his apparent slowness, and secretly enjoyed how Angel is a total dick. I always thought that too, and evidently I'm not the only one.
It was short, simple, well-written, and an idea which I don't think I've ever seen before. Some grammatical and flow errors aside, it was a pretty good little story, especially for being around 2000 words (I find it close to impossible to do anything less than 10,000...but you know me...)
Well done! I feel like I should start writing little works again...I now have an insatiable need to write stories with feelings and sadness and tears of joy and elation!

2173228 Alright, you got me. I made this story to point out what everypony thinks. Angel is a dick. He was in the series, and in about half the fan-fics that he plays a role in. I do this because I'm a dick and like to torment people by deceiving them into thinking it's gonna be a shipping fic! MUAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Gods.....this......this was beautiful, talk about the tragic break of the heart for Gummy but I'm very glad he tried, he knows he can't be anything more then pet and he accpets that....though he wishes otherswise, but it also makes me wonder if both Gummy and Tank will live as long as Spike or not.
1000+ points of respect for Tank, seriously even though I loved him at the start the fact that you made him a sage is amazing. Angel is a bastard, then again I always liked the idea of him more as an enemy or foe in stories then an ally, just seems to fit him a bit better in my eyes, depending.
Damn, I would KILL to read an Angel/Fluttershy story of romance and I very, very much love this romantic if tragic story of Gummy/Pinkie. This really deserves the feature box and I'm honored to read such an amazing peice of work, I'll be watching you, can't wait to see what else you come up with.

Yeah, I've been so busy lately, I've been delayed in posting the sequel, which has the other pets and their little attempts at showing their true feelings for their masters. And Tank being the wise one would also make sense because he is by far the oldest, relatively speaking. Where rabbits and dogs live like ten to twenty years, turtles can live hundreds.

I really liked this story! It was funny and kind of heartwarming at the same time.
I just think it ended SUPER abruptly; especially since in general story structure, you finished the first act and started the second, then suddenly ended it out of nowhere.
