I get the whole hes not a normal spartan thing, but Spartans are soldiers. And soldiers don't just go around opening up to everyone they meet. Especially alien horses.
I mean nothing against the fic, that's your adaptation, so carry on, just offended me that it was handled like that. I've lost buddies to that shit, and trust me its never that easy to say it or deal with.

6350863 Actually, thats impossible. A sonic boom of any kind can only be achieved afer breaking the sound barrier which is mach 1. A sonic rainboom can only occur when the sound barrier is broken and is impossible at mach 5 because a second sonic boom is impossible to achieve. Please stop acting like Rainbow Dash is a fucking gift to the world. She isn't.

6361658 Actually, all UNSC colonies are defended by the UNSC Army who's main assault rifle is the MA37. You would know this if you actually did research instead of assuming you're right. The marines are simply reinforcements for the Army. The marines use the MA5 while the Army uses the MA37.

P.S. The reason why you only see marines in halo 3 is because the Army was wiped out while trying to protect Earth, and because they don't travel away from the planet they are stationed at while the marines chase after the Covenant. To reiterate, Marcus was fighting alongside the Army, therefore he is equipped with the MA37.
