Lunch time is one of the more normal times at CHS. All the students come together at about the same time to do the same thing, and the odd breaking into song notwithstanding, not much really changes about that. It is, after all, lunch time. It’s when you eat lunch. Then you carry on with your day. Kinda hard to mess up.
So, one day, Aria Blaze decides to eat some lunch.

Your writing is exquisite, man. How did you manage to make something as mundane as lunch sound so interesting and tense? Your narration is fluid and descriptions are so vivid. Also this deserves a [Comedy] tag; dunno if you intended for it to turn out that way, but this is is really funny.
(Oh, and love your take on Sunset. She might sound a tad aggressive to some, but she’s well within her right to question Aria.)

Im a pretty anxious person by nature and especially recently I've been beating myself up a lot for letting the days pass without accomplishing anything. This fic helped me realize that you don't need to have done something "productive."
If anything, it might be better to have some days where all you do is eat lunch. Aria's got it figured out.
...Which is a lot to say about a story where nothing happens, but it affected me. So thanks.

Adagio would have showboated, rubbed it in any onlookers' faces, almost daring them to challenge her, and probably would have taken the bait into arguing with the six
Sonata would have been oblivious until the six confronted her and then either just started talking back or make thing much much worse somehow, don't know how but that's the magic of Sonata. Maybe even made some friends in the process
But Aria? Aria just stole lunch and got away with it by just leaving.
