Equestria, the self-proclaimed empire that rules over half the land and covets the rest, is supposedly a nation of grandeur, wonder, intellectualism, art and science. Yet for those captured by her armies and forced to fight for their freedom, the land of milk and honey appears just as backward and barbaric as the rest. One unlucky Zebra enters the Arena to do battle- the alternative is execution. He enters with sword and shield in hand, the pride of his subjugated nation on his shoulders, but will he make it out alive? Or will the Arena claim another victim?
