Jimmy needs to see this.

No one needs to see this.

There's a surprising depth to this story. Obviously the overcoat of fighting against racism and segregation gives the story a vivid aquamarine tone, but you also give us the deep grey primer undercoat of societal implications and expectations that runs through in its matte grey and demands a new level of analysis.

Arguably the "transformations" you allude to might be in reference to the transformations that society has undertook over the past decade, the slightly discomforting descriptions you include an allegory to the rapid and transformative transformation in the light of widespread Internet adoption and the 24/7 news cycle that it perpetuates. A very intelligent way of using extreme violence to mirror the vitriolic "us-and-them" mentality, and how it can be a double-edged sword to both shoot down injustice and self-destruct.

Your reference to the popular spreadsheeting application, Microsoft Excel, is especially poignant. Obviously, Discord briefly mentioning it leads the viewer to understand that truly, his true intention is chaos and disorganisation because for god's sake Margaret you can't keep a database of twenty thousand parts numbers ON AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET JUST GET A PROPER DATABASE SET UP.

I somehow suspect that this story will age like a fine milk, and will be something referenced and studied for generations to come.

What the fuck are white people muffins?

Now that right there was racist.

My immortal spiderses agree with the statement of this fictional work in which its stated that racism is bad. Because it is true that racism is bad

I can’t afford the amount of cocaine I’ll need to enjoy this right now bro

*stares at the screen trying to parse what my eyes have just read and my brain has just absorbed*

"Autoapproval was a mistake."
"FIMFiction was a mistake."
"Was English a mistake?"
"We'd know if the 'story' had used any."

Unf. I think this fic turned me straight for George Wallace.

George Wallace did try to atone for his former ways later in life, to be fair.

As Drive-by-Truckers put it, 'Racism is a worldwide problem...it's just a little easier to play it with a Southern accent'.

A Canterlot Fashionista from season two

Homophonic substitution.

Wait, that was a character quotation instead of an actual question, wasn't it? Sorry. Disregard this.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Seth Standmore. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical reader's head. There's also George's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike seth standmore truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in seth's existencial catchphrase "sincerely seth standmore" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons.
I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as seth's genius unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools... how I pity them. joy And yes by the way, I DO have a dark scootaloo tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

I'll take your word for it.
