That's a colossal understatement
Something tells me Cozy Glow is not a little filly, but a full grown mare born with systemic hypoplasia. Because there is no way she could still be a filly after ten years. Unless she knows a deaging spell or something.
So much anger this young apple holds within her. Letting it slowly consume her over time will only lend to nothing but hatred and loneliness. Which will eventually lend to nothing, but great suffering to herself and all parties involved.
Pretty slow but solid start, although I do feel bad that Flurry isn't aware about the truth and that short beginning has me very curious of the Horrors to come.

Yeah well, it's as good as it gets for Flurry Heart.
It's heartbreaking to see both Cadence and A.B. in such pain after all these years. Seeing Cadence basically working herself to the point of death since the day the war ended and Applebloom is a broken shell for former self ever since she lost everything and every pony in front of her in such horrific fashion...
I kind of don't like the fact that Flurry was trying to Blackmail and tease A.B., when she clearly saw her she was in a bad mood, but she is still a child so I kind of have to let it slide... but that slight reunions of the former bullies and victim was interesting.
I didn't expect to see Diamond and Silver still alive, but it was nice to see that they're clearly trying to put water under the bridge, they lost a lot too. Hopefully those three can form the bond, that they should have formed before the war took everything from them.
Interesting to see that little implosion between the three formers villains. You think they would all would have let out that steam of hypocrisy between their past actions long ago.
Btw Ghoul, what's the price of the lack of comments in the past 2 chapters, because I found this small error in red BOLD that went unnoticed
Starlight was the one that said that to Flurry, not Sunset.
That nightmare was some Silent Hill shit!
Oh Shit.... Well the peace and quiet was fun while it lasted...
I hope this story reveals to us how in the world that little devil, knows and discovered that demon heart as well as possibly know the real events of the war and she better not even think about laying another feather on Spike's body!

That was that little devil Cozy that said that, not sweet innocent Flurry
I felt my heart being stabbed, when I read Sunset's message to her Twilight back in her world... Regardless of what new disaster and tragedy awaits, I hope that she is able to finally go home and to be surrounded by the people she loves again...
And poor Starlight, I expected to see Princess Cadence to have more post-traumatic stress disorder, since she was literally tortured for days and months and almost losing her daughter twice both the demon and Midnight Sparkle... But then again, Starlight has seen and experienced much worse.
I felt how strong A.B.'s anger and hatred for every pony trying to hide the truth... I'm not trying to be funny about this, but I legit believe that Abyss was part of Star Wars, she could indeed be one powerful Sith Lord....
Applebloom's attitude towards Flurry all day was so uncalled for and upsetting to see (expect for the part involving that little devil), but it makes me wonder has she always had this hatred against her because of who her mother is and the actions of hiding the truth or is this just a bad week for her?
Welp they're onto her, it's best to put her out of her misery now to avoid all disaster and a second war.
Now that I finally caught up, I just want to say 2 things.
1. This story has my attention just like the original did and all the new character development and changes suits each Pony well.
2. Ghoul, I am so sorry again for unintentionally ignoring the fact of sequels out for almost a month, just because I saw a picture of flurry for the story cover, instead of something dark and depressing like the original story. I'm so ashamed of myself
Always I'm going to bed now, I am really tired from binge reading like crazy to catch up , but it was worth it and I'm grateful that the chapters are less than 2k words like the first one. Laters
I swear if Starlight gets The World or The Star from the cards,... this is going to become a VERY interesting story.
