Here's an idea, maybe you'll like it: To work towards this goal, Celestia also approaches Cheerilee and the kids at school, most of who are Spike's friends, and starts corrupting them too. Cheerilee gets twisted into teaching the boys and girls about proper dominance and submission, respectively, and how they are to support Spike when the time is right.

How about a scene with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon? Like, they were just making fun of Snips and Snails when the gas hit; the fillies, suddenly feeling both guilty and submissive, beg the colts to punish them. They tie their hands and put them over their knees for a spanking, after which the fillies promise to be their slaves to make it up to them.

Oh no no, it's alright, please don't feel like you have to feel sorry or anything! If you like it, you could switch out Silver Spoon for Babs Seed, for example. I'm curious to see what you'll put in, though, even if it's something completely different.

Does your Ponyville have a police station? With all the cuffs lying around and the cells ready, that could lead to some kinky fun very quickly if the male cops start arresting the female ones, or random mares off the street, for that matter. In the same manner, we know Ponyville has a hospital with a mental ward. Have the male doctors, like Doctor Horse, put the female patients and nurses, like Redheart and Sweetheart, in straitjackets to "cure" them of not wanting to be slaves to the stallions for the rest of their lives.

In fact, here's another interesting story beat for you: Say a few of the younger ponies are hiding a cellar. Like, say, Pipsqueak and Featherweight. The zebras send out a few young fillies of their own to 'recruit' any reluctant colts. A zebra filly finds them and coaxes them into letting her in, lying about how she's only there to help (from her perspective, it wouldn't even BE a lie!). As the gas sets in (they opened the door, after all) she gets flirty with them until they crack and begin to ravish her, becoming her masters for life.

Well, I do appreciate more bondage, like I said before. That gives the chapters some variation; they are pretty similar otherwise.
Now, you didn't pick up the hospital idea (too bad
), but there are other places left! For example, the vet. Run by the mare, Doctor Fauna. And you know what else is around vets? Collars, leashes, cages... heck, they probably have restraints lying around a closet. Some guy could just walk in and make her a literal pet. And if you want to go really pervy, there's probably a male doggie around or two, to help put her in her place.
